It's a metaphor, a solgan, don't take the world literally, because then you get the impression that there are no problems and everything runs smoothly.

I often see "cold approach doesn't work" but it's like selling oranges to people, do you think all the people you meet on the street will buy an orange from you? In seduction, the "product" for sale is you, you have to present yourself as well as possible and it depends on how you promote yourself.

Do you appear out of nowhere and say to them: "hi, you are fucking cute, who are you?" or do you use another way like: "Hi, excuse me, quick question, the XYZ is this way?" and build from there? It is a huge difference....but people also forget about "calibration", these are basic things that people tend to ignore because they are small things and if they are small they may not be important when in fact they are super important. Using "routines/scripts" are also things that all the people from reddit say they are outdated but when you ask them what do you talk about with a girl after opener, they make silence or the standard reply I heard 100 times: "be natural/genuine/yourself bro".

Just study the old school of pickup that is based more on the outer game and you will see a change as long as you do your daily grooming, you are clean, smell good and wear clothes that fit you well.

The truth that no one wants to hear but everyone already understands is that you are only one approach away from prison or worse.

This is why "approaching" is not in my vocabulary. The act of approaching in itself is fraught with the wrong energy, as if the guy just has to go out of his way to give free validation to someone he doesn't even know.

I just meet people through natural means like routines, activities or social functions that I might find interesting regardless of gender or any other variables, like a normal human being. I speak to everyone all the same. If some of those people happen to be hot chicks more power to me. Flirtatiousness is a female trait, if someone likes me they can flirt with me.

When you think that you’re “only one approach from getting laid” you put too much emphasis on getting laid, putting a ton of pressure on yourself which will show in all of your actions and will make you needy and desperate and your results much worse than if you didn’t have an explicit goal to get laid and were more chill and relaxed instead.
