I've had a similar experience like this and idk if it's just my brain working on my defence mechanism but I always imagine my self that I am them, typing all these things because I'm so helplessly angry at a woman that had never even interacted with me. I'm literally having a sonder: the realization that each random passerby is living a life as vivid and complex as your own. And then I go back to my own self, burst out laughing, and be paradoxically empowered, cause I can't help but be amazed at myself for living in someone's brain rent free 24/7.
