Understandable that she did not discuss further, but DoorDash suspended the man/customer's account even though he was the victim of a crime (felony, possibly classified as a sex crime). Unclear if DoorDash reinstated it and/or apologized. I suspect this is another example of not taking seriously male victims of sex crimes committed by women.

It still disgusts me so much that a woman who literally broke into a man's home without his consent and filmed his naked and unconscious body to post for the entire internet to see was able to trick so many (and maybe including herself) into treating her as a victim when she's the one literally posting revenge porn.

I bet-cha that this girl is a fierce proponent of Consent! A fierce proponent and even fiercer advocate for always obtaining consent!!

I would also be certain that if you were to ask her how she feels about consent NOW, her face would freeze for a few moments. She'd understand the depths of what she'd done. She'd recognise how dangerous her position is; if she wins in court, she makes her country, her state and her city MUCH more dangerous for women! The precedent would imply that ANYONE who goes to sleep naked, or who lose consciousness while naked, are guilty of sexual harassment against anyone who Breaks-and-Enters their home and sees them while they're asleep/ unconscious!! It would set the precedent that there's no legal difference between being outside someone's door and opening that door, going inside and recording anyone inside who might be naked, whether they consent or not! And then sharing that footage/ those images!

There are enough pervy guys out there, who are happy to force themselves upon women (not raping them, mind you, but certainly forcing themselves on women in other ways), such as those who push their crotch into women on crowded public transport (or who find any other medium in which to do their crotch-shoving). Or those who drunkenly grope women in pubs/ bars/ etc. If these kinds of guys heard that THIS girl won the court case, there would suddenly be a LOT of 'candid' nude/ semi-nude images of women on the internet, Images taken without the knowledge (and thus consent) of the women in question...

Guys (or girls, I guess) who use telephoto lenses on cameras to spy on their neighbours and who occasionally catch them coming out of the shower/ going into the bath/ enjoying the swimming pool/ having sex/ masturbating/ changing clothes/ etc...
I'm sure there are PLENTY of people who already do this kind of thing; who use long-distance lenses on their cameras, to invade the privacy of those living nearby (particularly in HIGH-density housing). If Door-Dash-Girl were to win this court case, those long-distance-perverts would have a legal basis to start making money from this kind of footage/ these kind of images...

And then there are those who are just shy of behaving like this, but who then hear about the Door-Dash-Girl-Court-Victory and who get courage from this result; who get enough courage to start behaving like that (as outlined above). Who start picking the locks on doors of women they know to live alone... Who start entering these premises and recording these women... Some portion of these women will be going to sleep naked, so some of them will indeed get the result they hoped for. Others might look elsewhere for their stimulation, or those who find what they sought, might need more... They might start "physically and sexually interacting with these women, despite a clear refusal to consent."

Bottom Line = If Door-Dash-Dickhead was to somehow win the court case against her, I worry that it would set the kind of precedent that would make women everywhere much LESS safe! Ok, maybe not "everywhere." Maybe just in the USA. But still... That's about 180 million women. Ok, maybe not all of them would be targeted; 1/3rd would be too old, 1/3rd would be too young (let's just pretend that they would agree that there IS such a thing as 'too young'), leaving 1/3rd of america's 180 females in danger = 60 million women!!!
So Door-Dash-Dumbshit would be endangering potentially 60 million american women, if she were to win the court case against her...

I have zero, repeat zero, sympathy for Olivia Henderson. She did not need to go into the guy's house at all, and she definitely did not have any right to use her phone to record a clearly incapacitated and unconscious man who obviously had way too much to drink. She's despicable.

Thing too is even if it happened exactly as she said (though there is evidence to the contrary) she still entered his home to record him, and then posted his naked body on social media. Even if she was a victim of sexual assault (which New York police found no evidence to suggest) SHE STILL COMMITED A CRIME.

Yeah this was an insane time on the internet. Like obviously the guy was a moron to get drunk and pass out like that but I don't know how anyone could view it as malicious. Like he was clearly out when she arrived
