One. I wanted her back in the day, asked her out, was rebuffed... and now I just kind of chill with her every so often because she's probably completely opposite me in every way, there's no way on God's green Earth it would work out and I accept that, and it's just interesting to challenge my own perspectives in day to day life. She's blue pill as fuck, and I probably don't criticize Trump enough for her liking, but we get along.

Female friends are good, often they're friends with other females, which is nice.

When I was single I had a bunch because they would hook me up with their friends and that was chill. Also sometimes I would hook up with them too and that was chill.

I was originally a TRPer from back in the very early days. These days theres some of the ideology of TRP that i see as accurate, but the major focus of TRP - "sexual strategy" aka "game" - is completely bunk IME.

Anyway that clarification out of the way, yes I have two female friends. Not orbiting, one is married the other is in LTR.

The conundrum about men and women being platonic friends is dual sided but only one side is ever examined...

Men say they can't be friends with women but what they often aren't being honest about is they only engage with women while looking for sex - being inept or incapable of getting the sex and constantly ending up in the friend zone doesn't change the intent - which was to get sex first, anything else completely and far away secondary to that original goal.

On the other hand, many women are quite honestly bad friends because they are extremely self-centered, especially under the age of 25. I've met a great deal many women who seemingly live their lives like they are the star in a movie and everyone else is just a supporting act to theirs.

And then the middle ground, you have to consider, is that as much as men don't know how to be friends with women, many women also have no idea how to be friends with men. Neither has been exposed to the other as anything other than potential sexual partners.

Yeah I have a few. They're chill. The girls I become friends with are without exception always the relaxed "bro" types who can banter like the men can. We get along well as friends and enjoy each other's company.

They also tend to be extro girls though, so while we're good friends they're not the type of girls I'd get into a relationship with. Extros are always fun to hang out with but I'd be exhausted in a relationship with one when I need my alone time and they always wanna go out.

I'm RP in the sense I don't believe in how the media describes the so called "gender privileges" and I have a cynical opinion on what equality and equity are. I also find feminism dangerous and not a good movement for supporting human rights.

That doesn't prevent me from having a lot of female friends, respecting them, treating them as I would treat any human being... Because they are just that.

yes i have a lot of female friends, including some of my closest friends.

men and women are different, everyone knows that. but that doesn't mean you can't get positive value from mixed gender friendships. women aren't the best at having talks about baseball or space or whatever, but men aren't the best at discussing complex social situations or more emotional stuff. and girls can be so much sweeter and caring than guys. i know my boys have my back if i get into a street fight, but they're not going to randomly cook me a tray of cookies lol.

I also have white/black/asian/hispanic/arab friends. i have liberal and conservative friends. i'm friends with urban people and rural people. rich and poor. i know what i think and how i feel; i don't need someone exactly like me to agree with me. it's more valuable to hear those other viewpoints.

that said, i would discourage low SMV type guys who are just starting out their RP journey from trying to be BFF with girls. if you're lonely and thirsty for sexual/romantic connections, if you don't have an abundance mentality, if you don't really know how to interact with women and hold a frame, there's a very good chance that you'll end up catching oneitis.

There are a few girls I consider friends, though there's only one girl I know whom I would consider a friend without any downsides (downsides being one of the following: I'd bone her/start a relationship with her; I am not sure whether she hasn't lost her marbles; I am not sure whether I would still consider her that interesting if we hang out a lot) - and even with her things are different than they are with most of my guy friends.

About 7 that I meet at least once a week, more likely to meet them 4 times a week. Those are 3 different social circles and only in 1 is another guy. Some others too but those are more like acquaintances and friends of friends. Plus some friends that I sadly only see seldom.

We cook and eat, fool around, go out pretty often. Everyday we do something but not everyday with the same friends. I also have guy friends (don't worry) in other social circles.

My sister lives at my place 3-5 days a week.

i have female 'friends', but i mostly consider them acquantances. With that said, I have a couple i consdier true friends, but the sexual tension was resolved a long while ago, so it's easier to remain platonic now that that is out of the way

Most are former co-workers. Some are wives of my friends. I am not fucking any of them, before you ask.

My woman friends tend to be over 35, intelligent, and have excellent work ethic. My male friends run a similar demographic, but about 5 years younger.

Yuuup, lots of them. I even estimate that about 10% identify firmly as feminists. I go to one of the topmost university in my country so my social circle is pretty balanced. We don't think with our dicks, y'know. Female friends are friends and friends are great for companionship, jokes, networking, etc.

Admittedly, I'm not attracted to about 60% of them. Not a very lopsided ratio but it makes me think about how guys can friendzone girls too, since I know at least two female friends who've liked me in the past.

Also, lots of them are very smart and right now are starting good careers. I still meet and chat with some of them about politics, career, college friends, latest gossips..

As an added anecdote, two of my current fwbs go to different universities and another one is working even though she's college-aged.

I like being friends with women, but the only way it seems to last is if I'm either also just as good friends with their boyfriend, or they're single. I've never been able to be a girls friend if her bf didn't like me. Also I have lost friends once they get a significant other who doesn't like me, but has only a happened twice. Mind you, that can happen regardless of gender.
