Why? Well, other people simply like you more when you look good. Not only that, but you're also more likely to to be a much better worker if you're fit. Think about it - being obese communicates that you can't take care of yourself, you are a lazy piece of shit and you don't take your life seriously.

Confidence is great, but don't fool yourself.
