Summary of the cringe-worthy 5min video (link in the end):

Chubby guy flirts with girl in bar. Girl says that he is funny, but her type are alpha males. So he starts a rant (which I guess is suppossed to be funny) how ACKCHYUALLY there is no such thing as alpha males. His points are basically:

  • alpha-wolves are not real, so you being attracted to alpha men is not valid.

  • Chimps are actually not the closest relatives to men. So you can not say that alpha males exist in men like in chimps.

  • Bonobos have a matriarch. So humans have no alpha males.

  • An alpha man is suddenly not alpha if he has to play a nerdy board game with some nerds who know the game better.

He argues these points with another version of himself who is supposed to represent the alpha man. So basically, the alpha man in the video is the same chubby guy, but with another haircut and a beer in his hand and he wants to start a fight.

So how is this video accidentally redpilled? Well, it represents quite well how bluepilled people will try to convince women how actually they are attracted to betas, even though the woman he flirted with JUST FUCKING TOLD HIM that she is attracted to alphas. And in the end of course he did not get the girl, but just owned his "alpha" alter-ego epic style.
