Ok, here's the possiblities:

He was lying about being raped, she was just angry at him for ditching her with the kid. You gave him the information (and some moral support) necessary for him to perform an unconsentual abortion.

Result: He committed assault, you helped, albeit with the best of intentions and based on faulty information.

He actually was raped and she's doubly terrible person for using her position as a rapist to financially enslave him. You gave him the information (and some moral support) necessary for him to perform an unconsentual abortion.

Result: He performed an act of self defence in the context of an unjust society which would probably have defended his attacker and insisted on her right to extract payment. It's not exactly a perfectly moral solution, but not exactly unjustifiable either.

Morally, the question boils down to how sure you are of the facts surrounding the situation. That and whether you consider early-term abortion to be equivalent to murder (which I don't). If you do think abortion is murder (and I'm guessing you don't) then you committed murder either way and your actions weren't justified in either case.

Shitty, damaging behavior all around: Rape, spermjacking, and forced (through subversion) chemical abortion, risking the mother's health.

I think these are extreme results of existing gender issues: Disregard for a man's right to refuse sex leading to rape... Social attitudes toward fathers and child support leading to the rapist's opportunity to milk him for money... Disregard for the life of the unborn baby leading to no question whether an abortion would be wrong... Disregard for the humanity of a criminal leading to the choice to risk damaging the mother using the surreptitiously applied abortifacient.

Nothing about any part of this excuses or makes right any other part.

In the case of a man being raped, I would say forcible abortion would still be immoral (and in all other cases) if financial abortion/legal paternal surrender was legal.

Since LPS is of course illegal, then I am fine with forcible abortion, but only in the case of rape.

Edit: On second thought, miscarriage drugs generally have a high health risk, especially if the victim doesn't know they are taking them (so might not go to a hospital).

Given the non-trivial health risks, that changes my answer. If there was some other method of forcible abortion that did not have health risk issues, then I would support it.

Also LOL, a couple days ago reddit was all up in arms trying to defend those 200 women from the TIL who lynched an accused rapist with knives in india, but when it comes to a man taking extreme measures to defend themself from an abuser and rapist its "morally questionable".

Its unethical as hell, but had I been in his position I would have done the same.

Its just a shame there was no legitimate way to call her out for it and punish her legally.

As in this guy find this information out, goes to the police, they prove it happened as he says she loses all right to suck the other guy dry like the succubus bitch she is, and she is prosecuted for rape.

Let her enjoy motherhood behind stone walls and iron bars.

File under: Reddit thought experiments on morally insoluble gender-related dilemmas. It's interesting, but I don't see that it's terribly productive. All in all it comes down to who was telling the truth. If she did in fact rape him, then it ups the moral defensibility of administering the abortofactant. It doesn't make it black and white okay, especially because the cocktail was potentially fatal, but it does make it more okay. In any event, this was probably wrong, but everything came out okay, so we have a rare case of two wrongs actually making a right? I guess so. Not an easy issue to ferret out..

It is wrong. Yes, she alledgedly raped him and yes, she alledgedly was going to use the system set up in her favour to make him her wage slave. Those were her faults and the system is at fault for letting her do that, but two wrongs don't make a right.

Obviously drugging someone is a pretty disturbing and dangerous thing to do but then compare that to the countless other atrocities that were committed by that women(like taking away his choice as a father, maliciously intending to bring the child to birth as means of hurting that man emotionally and financially, or planning on bringing that child to life even when she has no means or capability to take care of it) and the countless similar atrocities committed by other women like her(which feminism frequently defend) that people don't really seem to care about... how is this any worse? He took her choice away, just as she had taken his away(only difference being that she will recover and will be free to have children again with other, hopefully, willing fathers. Had she gotten her way, he wouldn't have; he would always be a father and that entire life would still be taken away from him). Two wrongs don't make a right, certainly(though, I imagine that those attacking this man and his friend would also be the same people defending a woman for assaulting a man she felt wronged her or for torturing her own rapist), but this certainly shows how incredibly broken the system actually is.
