This is actually trending right now on Twitter as I write this. It's terrible how blatant misandry and denigration of males in society is seen as acceptable and equality. I can only imagine the uproar if the hashtag had women, there'd be straight-up rioting. This is blatant sexism and I'd feel the same way if the hashtag had women in it, sexism and discrimination is wrong either way. But misandry is never acknowledged or condemned nearly as much (if it all) and sometimes is not just acceptable but even celebrated and encouraged. Much more needs to be done to crack down on misandry and see to it it's as condemned as misogyny.
