I think the average person (man or woman) have less empathy for men.

Both men and women accept "women and children first" rule.

Remember the gender quota are written by mostly men. and men who disagree with them don't do anything.

The problem is not women, the problem is gynocentrism that we all participate in.

Obviously. But that doesn't say much. Some people have shitty attitudes towards just about everyone, some only towards "servants" (retail staff and others "below them"), and some people are pretty good at treating everyone with a basic degree of respect. Don't really see this as gendered.

I think that overall, most people look at most other people as well, people. I think there's a societal issue of gynocentrism, but to state things in terms of men vs women is to vastly oversimplify the issue and only divide us further, impeding movement toward a more equal treatment of men and women.

That's freaking disgusting and terrifying that someone would say that. That's literally what men said of women back in the olden days. No way we are going to reverse that onto men.

The vast majority no most look at men as some sort of beast of burden or a wallet and I have come to the conclusion the majority of women are utterly incapable of feeling empathy for men unless they prove to me otherwise on an individual basis. Think about how negative my experiences have had to be with women to get this level of an opinion.

Yes most women do not look at men and people because if they did most men would not have the problems they have

People start boys off as children programming them

There was something to eat but I think we're going to need you more by doing less people talk treating little boys and girls at the same into a boy's little bit more harshly because voice are still considered to be little Men and they have to be policed and controlled

Little girls are taught did they are special and Gentile and fragile and a little boys are potential dangers

When I was in the fifth grade I sat in the back of the class because I was the tallest and the class was doing some type of group dance as we were all still 5th graders. This little white girl walks in the back of the classroom right behind my desk and I don't hear or see or come in because we're dancing and singing and as I mimic the teacher's movements I throw my hands up and accidentally hit her in the face

I don't blame the girl but everyone in the class including the adults acted like I did the worst thing ever and sometimes I think my rice has to do with it but it's also because I was a bigger boy and she was a tiny white girl and everyone acted like she was the most delicate thing ever

I've also noticed people are most likely to test you and try to push your buttons If you are specifically huge or tall man

O yes, they'll think of men as people. They might even admire some men and not be more indifferent to the vast majority of the rest than to the vast majority of women. There may be a few more women they're not indifferent too, but they'll see that purely as quantitative. And when men have a tougher time in some ways, they may think that normal, but without seeing that as some kind of misandry. They may even see it unconsciously as a result of men being stronger and able to bear a bigger burden, though they'll never admit that when they're not traditionalist. But no doubt they see men as people, and having less empathy for their sufferings is not a conscious decision.

There is a female writer over at A Voice for Men that explains it succinctly: women feel disgust towards the average man.

Looking at it from an evolutionary point of view, it makes sense. A man that is "only" average can give her children of not-so-high quality, which compared to Chad's kids, are disgusting. I'm simplifying, of course, so I hope you get my point.

They almost definitely do think of men as people, more so than men think of women as people.

I mean, just look at the way the type of fiction we consume is written and marketed. Before the last decade or so (and even now to some extent), movies involving male leads were for everyone, whereas movies with female leads were "chick-flicks," made primarily for a female audience. Same goes for books and TV shows. Women consume a lot more media with male leads than men do of media with female leads. The male experience is considered universal whereas female experience is treated as more of a niche, despite the fact that the population is split 50/50.

Even ignoring everything else, that alone makes it so that women are significantly more exposed to the complexities of the male mind than the men are to women.
