It won't be the last time. But here's what I would say:

I value you as a person.
I treasure the good memories.
You taught me a lot about relationships.
I hope you are doing well and wish that you will continue to do well.

In other words, make it non-contentious and as positive as possible. If you don't hate her then the goal of the meeting should be that you both feel better moving forward.

On the other hand, if you're going to air some grievance from the old times, better to skip it. There's no satisfaction to be had.
