And get this though your skull. The women you are divorcing is not the women you married. This new women will lie, cheat and steal to win in this divorce. She is NOT your friend.

Let's all say it together so this poor bastard gets a heavy reality dose and swallows that shit down.

You're going to get fuc##ed with a dick big enough for an elephant to feel and it's going in dry to suck it up, you are now in a war of attrition.

The woman you love, is not the one standing in front of you. If she truly ever was.

Before you do anything you get a lawyer and follow their advice, most will tell you not to leave the home, if that's what they say then follow it, if you leave it can be argued you through your actions abandoned the home and forfeit claims over the property.

Record everything, video and audio, you can never have too much evidence on your side, trust me on that..

Expect it to get really dirty, she's already showed you she plans to fight dirty so expect it, this is where recordings come into play, the courts hate a woman fighting dirty when she has no need.

Be an amazing man, tolerate her crap, don't bite or react to her bs, when she accuses you of things at most you say it's none of her concern now, nothing more.

Your instincts will be to lose your shit, punch walls, rant and rave, don't do it, go running instead, lift weights anything to not damage the property, or your evidence counts for nothing.

Get a digital voice recorder and or body cam. Also, set up cameras in the house for "security".
DONT MOVE OUT. You loose a bargaining chip by doing so.

Be prepared to deal with false allegations of domestic violence. Also watch out for an Oder of Protection to be put on you.

Like others have said, the woman you will be divorcing is not the same one you married. She's your enemy and therefore she must be treated accordingly.

I made out pretty good in my divorce. I'm not going to lie, it was hell though. Discovery sucked some fat Elephant dick for sure.

You stay in the home. And you tell the future ex I am staying in the home, but she is welcome to leave if she so chooses. Listen to nothing she says about “legal” responsibility.

Moving out is a trick that flies under the radar. They get you to move out and make it look like you abandoned the home. It's a fine line. I wouldn't go anywhere unless she assaults you and it's documented (police report) you had to leave for your safety. She will try to provoke you 24/7. Do not give in and document everything. Make her look crazy.

Until there is an agreement you both have 1/2 responsibility for the house. That is all. Utilities are not assets. If you're not there, you're not paying... That's the deal she get's if you move out. Then you demand the house sold and the equity is split after expenses (including any repairs).

Thanks for all the advice/help. Working out of town currently and she hass access to everything back home. Plus i know that staying in the house she is gonna make my life miserable. She claims she isn't gonna screw me over but... i don't trust her anymore.

Don't give her anything not stipulated by a lawyer. Don't give in to her pressure. Don't think of her as your wife now. She is an enemy out to destroy you.

DONT LEAVE. If your name is on the mortgage/deed/lease or you can prove you pay part or all of the mortgage/rent, you have the right to remain there until all proceedings are settled. If she doesn’t like it tough, you have as much there as possible. If you have a guest bedroom start sleeping in there now, create distance and only interact with her about the kids. Anything related to the divorce, refer her ass to your lawyer.
