Apologies OP I read two posts back to back and wanted to reply to just you and had too much advice as I read the comment next to yours before realizing it wasn’t one post…so I deleted re-read yours because it’s what I wanted to reply to and re-posted.

My divorce wasn’t like yours but if it was it’s have been so much easier. That “hot piece of ass” sounds disgustingly ugly to me. Plant the happy seeds here. This person doesn’t love you, is ugly, and you’ve already pulled one hot piece of ass. You can do it again if that’s what you want but make sure she’s beautiful all around! Or don’t. Get to know you. But why wallow in this? It’s not healthy.

I have an ex who was a hot piece of ass. What I did was write up the positives and negatives in that relationship. The only positive was she was a hot piece of ass. There were 20+ negatives that were not petty, but real. This ex was not a cheater to my knowledge, but she completely changed for the worse as soon as we said I do. Absolutely do not get married again.

My ex is also easy on the eye, she always got a lot of attention.Alwaysntoldnme whenever someone flirted to her. She never did anything wrong. Until she mentioned she wanted to break up after 10 years. She now is with amy former "friend" who also divorced after about 15 years. They both claim that this happened just after. I've noticed some chemistry between those two, both denied earlier.

The answer doesn't really matter to me. What matters is that I now notice how I always treated her like she was out of my league (halo-effect) and I also noticed how dull she really is.

Stil hurts AF when picking up the kids, lost quite some friends last year. But I notice that I start to feel better and better every day 😉

I know your pain brother, my wife was the perfect woman for me physically, breathtakingly hot. I just don't find anyone else comparable, but then again I was with her for 9 years so it's expected that I'd become super attached.

Lack of sex has been a huge issue for me after divorce because I have a high sex drive and I was having sex at least twice a week while with her, now I haven't had sex in months. I've had women say they want to have sex with me after a couple dates but for one reason or another it still hasn't happened lol. I keep shooting my shot, guess I'll get there eventually.

It compounds my jealously for the ugly mofo she cheated on me with though. Like, I don't know what she sees in him and we used to make fun of him for how ugly he was and the fact his wife complained about his small dick lol.
