It shows how feminism has made many women look at any situation and twist it to feel they are victimized. It similarly shows this victimization syndrome may help the feminist cause, but it’s not good for individual women (and certainly not good for men they interact with).

IS A WOMAN

I was looking at other women through men's eyes.

They seriously point every inconvenience, unfairness, and even own faults at men. If this woman stabbed someone, she'd point at a man and say he did it.

To this author, believe it or not, women are as (if not, more) competitive than men. That's why the beauty industry is incredibly larger for women than men. You go to a gender neutral branded store and you will find the men's section is significantly smaller than women's sections in every store.

The more attractive the women, the larger number, and more attractive mates she gets to choose from. Being a very desirable and attractive woman also grants you so many social privileges that people bend their backs endlessly for you. Women aim to climb the social ladder because of this. I've noticed at my own workplaces that women will bring other women down to put themselves up higher. I suppose that's where the "gossip girls" a.k.a "The bitches" from High school come in.

And I think competition is perfectly normal/human for both women and men. Unfortunately, competition between men is seen as "toxic masculinity" (the definition depends on who's saying it), while competition between women is "men's fault!".

Bottom line is; these feminists are so irresponsible and unaccountable for themselves, they continue to point fingers at everything else but themselves and expect privileges without responsibilities. It's a clown world.

I can empathize with her and her complex feelings about her not wanting to always be a target for men and also not being able to escape basing your self worth on that attention.

HOWEVER, this just shows the toxic mindset that our culture has created about men. Even if it is pitiable, you have to admit that from the perspective of the guys she interacts with, she's demanding that they validate her appearance, then calling them misogynistic for doing just that. This is beyond confusing, and I'm not sure how you expect men to act according to this, letting alone that men are, you know, people too, who have valid wants and insecurities and also strong hormonal drives. But instead of self-reflecting and having empathy for the other side, she just writes off every man as "toxic" or "misogynistic" or maybe even "evil". And who can blame her? Every institution of power has taught her that this internal solution which relieves her of any responsibility and allows her to forgo difficult self-analysis in favor of satisfying gender hatred is not only acceptable but morally righteous.

As much as I find this kind of stuff annoying, I can understand her sadness a little bit.

Even many of the most hardened feminazis on some level get validation from men: it's basic biology. The real solution to this kind of ridiculousness, of course, lies in no longer filling her life with misandry (which leads to other kinds of hatred, not least self-hatred) and also to stop seeing herself as a sex object if she doesn't want guys to see her as such, but I doubt she'll ever figure that out.

On one hand, she enjoys the attention of this male while on the other she is disgusted by it because she feels objectified. Which part is her nature, which part is her lifelong socialization and/or the influence of her "feminist" social circles?

Regarding the other woman:

On one hand she admires this new woman and wants to be friends with her because she is a great person and they share many interests, but on the other hand, the new woman represents someone who will outcompete her for the attention of men - which she realizes that she craves - and yet is disgusted by.

I see a woman who feels her value = her appearance. I see a woman who has bought into the notion that is spoon fed to everyone by advertising & media. I see a woman who doesn’t yet know her own worth and value which I feel is another byproduct of our plastic culture.

Men deal with their own version of this systemic idealism. “Be tough. Be available to anyone who shows interest. Give up your time to anyone who wants it. Be expendable. Don’t show emotion because many women aren’t able to hold that space and not allow it to damage their opinion of him.”

Makes sense. She doesn't want the inappropriate attention, or to feel like He thinks she's something that can be used and thrown away. It's not hard to grasp, though I understand how it can seem a contradiction. This guy is giving unwanted sexual attention, not good, then acting like that person isn't human and expendable for some new girl, also not good. It's one of those things where the person would say "it's the principle of the thing". She wants the man to not view women as sexual objects period, especially one's that can be tossed aside and especially when it's her and especially when he was never into it in the first place. It's like adding insult to injury. Just view others as human beings, it's not that hard or complicated.
