Pretty much what the title says. •Both started off as net positives for their respective demographics and eventually devolved into sexism.
•Both started off as a response to the unfair hand their group was dealt in society •Both turn a blind eye to blatant sexism within their group. •Both use extremely flawed statistics and surveys to support non existent issues. •Both ostracize people in their group who don’t agree with everything by rebranding them as something else ie. TERFS and black pill. •Both rely on buzzwords to politicize inoffensive and mundane actions ie. mansplaining and AF/BB •Both promote a culture of perpetual victimhood. •Both when called out on the toxicity with their groups they use the no true scottsman fallacy to separate themselves from any criticism.

I just named a few similarities I observed but there are potentially more (or less). I 100% could be talking out of my ass on this and am very open to discussion and having my views changed.
