Agreed. I think dating is hard on both sexes. I think women have access to sex more, but usually the guys that they want, don’t want to be with them like that. Ultimately, I think most women would prefer the relationship to the casual sex. Most men, if they have the option, would probably prefer casual sex to a relationship.

Do you even know the grind a man has to put into finding a girlfriend? Lets just ignore the insane standards women have and just focus on the fact that men are the ones who have to put in all the work. Men are the ones who have to approach, they are the ones who need to strike up a conversation, they have to convince her that they are not creeps (unless your looks already do that for you), they have the burden of performance on their shoulder.

The only thing women have to do is to show up. Or make an OLD account and see the messages roll in. Sure, they have to vet the men just like the men have to vet the women. Yet even their, women have it a lot easier since men are happy with much less than women are.

Moreover, this is actually false. The average man will be singled for 1 to 3 years between relationships. Where women can find a relationship within the year. Moreover the vast majority of my female friends will find a long term relationship within the month when they start looking.

I have a non insignificant number of male friends who have been looking and single for 5 years....

I think you’re confusing dating what you want and darting in your league. If you want to date in your league, you have more men than women looking for a relationship given that women are more likely to be okay being single. If you want specific requirements (6’0” or taller, six figures, certain level of “confidence”/social skills), there’s a disproportionately large amount of women who also have those same requirements. If you believe you deserve nothing but the best, so do a lot of other women

If a woman has a single dating app. Blank profile, one photo? She's getting atlease 100-300 likes per day. A single day is more than what most men get in an entire year.

One year on an app and a woman has over 400+ years of matches to choose from compared to a man.

Multiply that by multiple apps. And you can easily see the average woman easily having 800-1000+ years of matches to choose from compared to a man in a single year.
