Personally, aging gracefully is the goal, and I do think that can include the procedures you mentioned so long as they maintain a natural look. For example, as women age, their lips get smaller. I see no problem with a little filler to add suppleness & volume, but again, just a little. Just an example.

I think accepting that we're going to wrinkle & age is important. It'll keep us from going extreme with these types of procedures. I get Dysport regularly, which is like Botox, as a preventative measure to not create deep lines. I won't be stopping the aging process, lol, & that's not the goal.

I’ve had a nose job. One of the best decisions of my life. I also get Botox. You wouldn’t know about either unless I told you.

As redpill women we know that part of our value is our sexual market place value. We want to look as attractive as possible to attract a good partner. With that said, I suggest trying to keep it as natural and unnoticeable as possible. I’ve found that men have generally negative views of plastic surgery, but are attracted to women who have had it, so it’s a double edged sword.

I don’t think it’s inherently good or bad. Not everyone is blessed with perfect genetics and modern technology, and money, can fix that. If you want to go for it, if you don’t nobody is going to judge you for it. Just don’t overdo it. Also it can get addictive for some people.

I have nothing against women doing cosmetic surgery. The reality is that looks are pretty darn important in capturing the attention of a desirable man. They are your foot in the door, and sometimes, no matter how incredible of a person you are inside, you won’t be considered unless you meet a certain threshold of attractiveness.

It can be a slippery slope, and some people do get addicted to it and end up looking like a completely different person or botched. But living where I live, I’ve seen the power of a good, discreet nose job and how it can elevate a woman and what options she has. As long as you do your research, make sure you are okay with all the risks (because there are risks) and costs, and find a surgeon who is reputable and whose portfolio looks good to you, I think it is a viable option for those who are pragmatic about their physical flaws.

I’ve always considered getting a nose job, but personally I’m too scared of being put under and I already have a man who insists I don’t need it. But if I truly felt like I needed it, I would have gotten it and not felt bad about it.

If done to enhance someone's natural beauty or preserve beauty, is low risk, and within someone's means (without going to a sketchy place) then yes. If the goal is to completely change how you look or for underlying mental issues and insecurity nope. Plastic surgery can get addicting. Many people get work done that doesn't suit them. Plastic surgery shouldn't be noticeable. Often less is more. Small lips or breasts are better than an overfilled or a bad job. Bbls are often deadly and never worth the risk.

From my perspective, there's two general groups that men will fall under when it comes to invasive cosmetic procedures.

Bonders
Actors

Bonders are people who lean more towards "K" selection theory of preferring to invest in monogamy, children, family/home/security, etc.

Actors are people who lean more towards "R" selection theory of preferring to invest in short term relationships, status, social ladder climbing, appearances, etc.

Both bonders and actors can have short or long term relationships, but as a default disposition their preference will lean towards one specific goal over another.

You can screen and qualify men based on which goals you have and the relationship dynamics and lifestyle/future you seek based on these two categories.

For myself personally, I'm in the camp that prefers 'natural' but understand the value and importance of being strategic about surpassing natural. But my primary goals align with the bonder side of personality types and so things like breast augmentation, heavy makeup (that doesn't look natural, rubs off on me, and conceals 'true biological' health signals), and various invasive cosmetic procedures feels to me on a gut level as biological mating deception and will typically turn me off.

I've been with girls who had breast implants and appreciate the visual appeal but deeper in the animal part of my brain there's a deep sense of dissatisfaction that this isn't a true signal of health, sexual fertility, and strong genetics.

My partner is on the smaller side and has approached me about this subject on getting various augmentations and I've always told her that it's a turn off for me personally and I would prefer charisma, energy, and competency (social/cognitive) because those are controllable measures of evolutionary fitness that I know will pass on to my children.

Had a nose job for my breathing mostly but I added a little tip lift for vanity sake and I have zero regrets.

I’ve told every man I’ve been with about it and I’m not ashamed. My ex was even there through all the recovery and planning.

Take care of your skin. My mother taught my sisters and I this very early. I have had an intense 10 step skincare routine since I was 17. I always wear sunscreen and currently I think I’m on track to age gracefully. My mother is in her 60s and looks amazing. Where I live Botox, implants, fillers, lip flips are very standard. My husband says he doesn’t find that look attractive and has made comments about the women who have work done, “all looking the same”.

Well I think red pill women are just a collection of our individual experiences so it’s difficult to discuss these concepts without discussing our own experiences - there’s no red pill theory related to beauty tips other than it’s important to keep yourself looking good to keep your relationship healthy.

I am 39 and I have Botox (forehead)and filler (frown lines). I’m sure these things sound like serious decisions if you are young but it’s really not that big of a deal and so much more common than you think. It’s also hard to say in your 20s what you might do when you get older and actually are in the situation. No one thinks I look different than I used to, I just look like I’m “aging well”, fresh and youthful. I love it and it’s been great and I plan to keep doing it.

It depends on it. There are some procedures that are legitimate medically necessary.

However if the goal to look like someone else, I find it a big red flag. Not only is the women not comfortable with themselves, but may have children one day and wonder why they don't look like mom.

My view on Botox and fillers is similar to cars. Probably reductive and simplistic but- essentially a brand new car needs minimal maintenance to run smoothly and look shiny but as time goes by, you’d need yearly servicing/oil/tyre changes to keep the insides running smooth and regular polishing to make the exteriors shine.

If you can spend that money on a car, why can’t you invest that time, effort, money on yourself? It’s important for your general health and longevity to exercise, eat well, get enough sleep but despite your best to slow down the process, nobody can fully stop the effects of ageing.

Personally, I don’t think there’s much harm in having Botox and fillers done provided it’s done sensibly. To maintain, accentuate rather than to change.

I’m 32 and I’ve had masseter botox (this also helps with my migraines since I grind my teeth in my sleep causing a lot of tension), fillers to smooth out my marionette lines (about 2ml = 2 teaspoons), profhilo so my lips look smooth and hydrated (no volume added- I’m not a fan either of Russian doll lips). Truthfully, I don’t actually need it but I believe in preventative measures rather than trying to fix deep lines later. Once the swelling post procedure settles down, can’t tell I’ve had anything done. I just look refreshed.

At the end of the day, I still want to look like me and age still looking like the best version of me. My partner is fully supportive of this too because he likes me feeling my best. Likely after kids, I’ve already said that I’m getting a tummy tuck.

Also- you’d be surprised how many people around you having fillers and Botox done that still look natural (think Cindy Crawford). She still has laugh lines, creases on her face but is the picture of ‘ageing gracefully’. Less is always more and to look for a reputable medical professional. It costs more but I’d rather that than have a botched job on my face

I've looked into a lot of procedures out of interest (I haven't gotten any myself yet) and in my opinion the thing I learned is that most cosmetic work is undetectable. Some people like the fake sexy look and that's totally okay for them, but I think it's exaggerated by people who haven't had anything done themselves thinking all plastic surgery ends up like that. Most people don't go overboard or even get enough to be noticable. If it brings people happiness for their short time here on earth I'm all for it (assuming safety and research is a given).

Cosmetic procedure changed my life 🥰 I couldn't be more grateful for it!

Although what I got done on my face was natural and people often say they can't even tell I had surgery, the most important thing was the mental shift in myself.

It gives me confidence. I feel like I've invested in myself and I'm worthy. I used to feel inferior to other women and now I feel normal. I think what fixed was on the inside. I felt good enough to dress and act feminine, and to symbolically leave behind the "ugly" me and all her past traumas.

I look very little different, but my attitude change is paramount, and I think that accounts for my better treatment more than anything. Although, I take much more care of my physical appearance now too, I look like a woman who loves herself and takes care of herself. I show people sometimes my before photos and they'd say "but you already looked good before!" But I was so miserable then and didn't take care of myself.

So for me, the surgery fixed deep insecurities about myself and continues to remind me that I value and treasure myself. This all sounds conceited, but because I'm so confident and happy, I treat people better and never feel the need to be defensive or aggressive again.

I feel ... only rage at the campaign to prevent me from doing this earlier. Even my relatives and friends are amazed by the change. Some thought I would become a conceited monster if i did it, and yet now I'm graceful and happy. Some thought I would become shallow, and yet I feel more space to be compassionate and non-judgmental.

I have a different opinion about smaller surgeries like botox and lifts bc imo women don't need it. After my attitude change, men started calling me beautiful out of the blue. I think men call us beautiful when they really mean our traits are healthy and conductive to happiness and they want to be around it more. So they end up deluding themselves into thinking a certain woman is more beautiful than another. When it's more about their attitude and actions. In some way, I went full circle into realizing all women are beautiful after seeing how much more of a difference it makes the way you carry yourself. The surgical changes can be hidden under a mask, yet people open doors for me and make small talk with me, leading me to think beauty is more of an aura than something physical.

I think one case where physical beauty is misguided is when a woman's personality is so awful, she has no choice but to fixate on her looks because that's all she's lead to believe is valuable. Or, if a woman has always had preferential treatment due to looks, ends up with an abrasive and abusive personality without realizing it. These are some pitfalls I think on the misunderstanding of beauty. If it causes a positive shift in oneself, I think it's wholesome.

Botox is something I think most people should invest in. It just makes you look better well into your 40’s-50’s and even 60’s with an cost of like 1000-1500 USD per year (only need it once every 6 months or so). And as you get consistent with it, you begin to need less as your go back. It’s a pretty good investment imo.

Fillers are a slippery slope. I know women who get filler and look amazing, I know women who get filler and get addicted. Next thing you know they have bee sting lips and a jaw so sharp it could double as a knife. Some men love the artificial bimbo look, but if you want high quality men you should go for more natural look.

Lifts… face lifts I wouldn’t suggest before your 50’s personally, unless you’re aging specifically poorly, or you lost like 100+lbs within a short timeframe and have sagging skin.

Butt lifts almost always look kind of silly. There is a specific man that goes for women with butt lifts, and I don’t think you want that man.

Breast lifts are fine too. Usually only necessary if you have unusually large breasts, or if you lose a lot of weight, or just with age. But you probably wouldn’t need one until after you’re either done having kids, or you hit your 40’s.

Threads? Just preference. I only really know about the Bella Hadid brow thread thing, and it looks good on her, but you need to make sure you go to a good person for it.

Overall I think cosmetic procedures are fine, but I would avoid bbl’s. Exercise butts always look better.

It depends. If it is for removal of loose skin after pregnancy or weight loss, then I think it is fine, and actually leans more into a necessary medical intervention due to the weight and subsequent pain that loose skin can bring to the shoulders and body.

My personal thought is that procedures are necessary to age gracefully. The image of what women look like as they age these days is all botoxed and lifted. Men can say that they prefer natural all they want but my take is that what they really mean is that they don’t want to know what goes into a sausage.

My life was actually radically changed for the better by cosmetic surgery. I had a great body and healthy lifestyle, but lackluster face that I was able to address it thanks to some great medical and aesthetics professionals.

Personally I'm supportive of most subtle modifications for people genuinely struggling at the hands of a well trained and certified board professional. There's such a thing as overboard, especially if someone is already generally attractive. Implants aren't my thing though. When significantly more natural looking and feeling options that are less invasive like sculptra, fat transfer, and renuva available, it honestly surprises me that people talk about implants anymore at all. I think overall it's a matter of being the right patient, going to the right doctor, and using the right tools for the challengeabeing faced.

I find people who say, "oh I can TOTALLY TELL" can't even tell if a face is artificially generated let alone whether someone's had surgery unless it's blatantly overdone, still fresh/swollen, or botched. Or it's an over the muscle implant... those are less than subtle sometimes lol.

I think it should considered and not be shamed.Women age very badly like 2 times faster than men so you just need right surgery especially after pregnancy because it lowers smv.

Being High in both smv and RMV is whole package.

I know married woman who had laser,nose job,boob job and facelift at 51.I am sure her husband is enjoying it.

i don’t judge women who’ve had it but i think its disgusting how its basically expected now. theres an elegance and beauty in having a unique face and body that isn’t appreciated anymore. i wish aging women were more socially acceptable. i wish the postpartum stomach had the same desirability as the bbl. i wish we didn’t want to torture ourselves to look better or more sexually desirable. i wish less things in our society revolved around our conventional attractiveness and more around our actions.
