Get a recorder. Took my ex month and a half to hit me. Turn up that DNGAF meter. She is trying to provoke you into violence. Cops were gonna take me to jail for dv, but thankfully I had the recorder and they gave her a ticket. Should have taken her ass to jail but whatever.

Yes, don't leave until your lawyer tells you its ok and have signed documents saying so. You can be accused of abandonment.

Yes, it can affect custody.

What you can do is file for divorce and at the same time file a temporary parenting plan. Then you can move out and keep the kids as that plan specifies

As mentioned the house is a community asset and doesn't matter if you leave or stay. But it makes a big difference often with the kids. Either get a court approved parenting plan first, have her leave or move out and that the kids with you.

Be very careful. Either record everything or move out. I got thrown out of my house this summer because of an "act of domestic violence." It was thrown out eventually, but I can't move back into the house and I wasted 20k defending myself. Be careful!!!!
