Considering the the RP analogy is to see more than the rest of us. Do open your eyes who you're standing shoulder to shoulder with and ask yourself if that's really who you want to become.

If the answer is yes and you see nothing wrong with it on your own, then as far as you're concerned I just ran out of valid arguments.

To me becoming a man has always been about seeing the world as it is on my own, not how I'd like it to be through the eyes of some guy who pretends to know better than me and betrays his own claim to competence as soon as he opens his mouth just through his lack of semantic resolution alone.

It's easy to spot a fool if you aren't fool enough to follow one.

You should browse the past posts on this subreddit. A lot of them are guys talking about how getting into the redpill destroyed their relationships and caused them to lose friends.

It’s a toxic belief system. It has a few good things in it (like telling you to boost your confidence and lift weights) that you can just as easily get from sources that aren’t toxic.

"Adopt what I like". That how most hardcore redpilled men start, moreso if they're young like you. Remember that whatever place you often visit, you will start getting not only what you like, but unconsciously a lot more. That's how easy it is to manipulate ANY person, that's why MLM is illegal. MLM is not directly stealing money from you, but it manipulates you into thinking you will become a millionaire on a model that require an absurd amount of people to not only exist, but to be as naive as you to spend THAT much money.

There are many places with better advises, like therapy, nutritionists, most medical practitioners, some gym buds, early XX century philosophers. Tiktok would mostly have view miners that would tell you what you wanna hear to get you engaged, they're not really interested in making you a better person. They're like junk food, they will use young men insecurities, tell you reaffirming things and then sell you their ideology to eventually get you to come back. That's their business, that's how they get their Bugatties.

This is my general answer to "how I stop having red pill ideas":

1) Wherever you learned this from, cut it away. Unsubscribe from the youtube channels, unsubscribe from the subreddits, stop talking to the people who taught you this. Stop letting these ideas enter your brain. It will make the rest much easier.

2) Learn correct psychology. Red pill/incel ideas are incorrect psychology. The solution is to learn correct ideas instead, which is psychology.

I recommend that you watch 10 videos. Then 20, then 50. However long you spent hearing incorrect ideas that led you to this mindset, spend as much time or more listening to good ideas.

3) Incel/red pill types of mindset usually come from more isolated people. If this is your case, you should try developping your social life in general. Not in regard to women and dating. Just in general. It's always less likely that you will obsess over incel thoughts, if you have a strong support system, and if you hang out with normal people who have normal ideas.

4) It is possible that you will need therapy, to help recover from this mindset. Not necessarily, but it's possible. It's possible that you believe those ideas because of early childhood experiences, that primed you to believe such things, and that you haven't recovered from. If this is your case, then therapy would help you recover from that.

This is a lot easier if you tell me what redpill beliefs you have. Redpill is wrong because it promotes being bitter toward women which doesn't help with attraction, avoidant attachment in relationships, and overly focusing on status when interpersonal skills and looks are more important, and being a good person has been shown to increase relationship success.

I wrote this on a another post but it applies here.

Men and women have their own strengths and weaknesses already puts a lot of men and women into positions they do want to be in.

I'm sure there tons of men and women who fit the traditional standards of masculinity and femininity without having to try.

However, the reason why there is so much push for men and women to have choice to step out of those roles is because many men and women can't live up to those traditional standards. Most of these standards determine your worth in society and when many people can't fit those standards, you get people sacrificing their wellbeing in order to be traditional. Do you want that? I will say the left and liberal opinion makes it feel like men and women must be modern and gender norm breaking when it's supposed to be a choice.

I think that's why a lot of traditionally masculine men might feel attacked these days cause it seems like you must cry or embrace your feminity. There are some men who just aren't that tearful or that feminine. And I imagine those men aren't sacrificing their wellbeing and livelihood to fit a masculine standard, it comes naturally to them.

Just don't care redpill cares or acknowledges men and women are not inherently identical.

It‘s a very dangerous game. Most of these red pill people just wanna manipulate and exploit you and they just happen to throw women under the bus because that works for them. I‘d recommend looking into creators like Vaush perhaps or Xanderhal. Both are guys that offer good counters to red pill ppl and also show you what the opposition is thinking. And Vaush also has good advice for young dudes in general.
