This is an important subject that I have nothing personal to contribute to (at least I don't think I know a male friend who has been raped), but I am heartened that there is a place to discuss it. I know plenty of men who have dealt with spousal/lover physical and psychological abuse of a wide variety, including myself. I can't imagine being able to voice these concerns realistically anywhere else.

I had to read that article twice. Damn.

I could say she's not that bad looking, but that would probably add to the problem. So i'll pretend I didn't.

This is a scary common occurrence, I've heard stories of men dragged away drunk from bars with strange women to be used as sex toys and then discarded naked, sometimes alive sometimes not, with no way to call for help.

You'll note of course that no where is the word "rape" actually used. If this had happened to a women and the same wording was used there would be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
