From what I understand the “sexual market value” as it pertains to men holds that men who are taller, in better shape, and make more money will have an easier time finding attractive women to have sex with and to date. I used to be fat and had no job, and was getting no matches on dating apps and not having sex with anyone. Now I’m in decent shape, take better care of myself, have a better job and a nicer place, and lo and behold, I’m having way more sex and dating more and more attractive women (although ironically I’m not that much happier, just more confident).

This change in my own life supports the idea of the sexual market value. Does this hold any water for women?
