I need legal advice. My wife and I are divorcing, but she remains in our apartment, where I cover all costs. She has repeatedly shown aggressive behavior, even leading to a past stay-away order for domestic violence. I’ve always refrained from taking action, wanting to preserve our family. After the order expired, she returned, claiming it was for our children. She also brought her mother over without my consent. To avoid confrontation, I’ve left the home I’m still paying for. I want a peaceful solution to return home without resorting to aggression. Any suggestions on handling this recurrent issue?
