What even is the red pill? (TRP). It is essentially an attempt to understand female sexual strategy in modern society and use this understanding to design practices for male sexual strategy in order to fully maximise one's own sexual market value. (SMV). Indirectly in this process, men will also result in maximising other aspects of their life that make it meaningful such as spirituality, physical health, mental health, etc. It does not follow typical self improvement as a.) it attempts to accept and understand the true reality of female psychology using science instead of following societal beliefs and b.) requires followers to go to great and sometimes extreme lengths to fully maximise aspects of their lives in an almost toxic manner (for example, cold approaching hundreds of women and documenting the interactions, the positives, negatives and improvements needed, etc.).

In this century amidst the rise of technology and the internet, the dating market, housing market, job market and many others have changed drastically. Men nowadays are lonelier and more single than ever (and so are women but not to the extent of men -> around 30% of adult men are single/virgins whilst only 10% of women are). Back then, graduating high school would have led to a high enough salary to be able to afford a decent middle class lifestyle and a nice house. Nowadays, a college degree is seen as the best method of doing so and in some areas such as Sydney Australia, one must earn upwards of around 200 000 USD just to own a house. The economic situation has changed. More effort is required to be able to be seen as financially stable (a key determiner of feminine attraction to a man) than in the past. In terms of dating, the rise of online dating and social media has changed the female and male perception of what they consider baseline attractive and has made a significant number of people "too unattractive" to be able to date.

This is why the red pill is important. It is flawed heavily in its misogyny and toxicity, but it is a reflection of the great extra efforts and lengths required to be able to live a happy and "dream" lifestyle.

Being a neurotypical person, you are naturally born with social skills and the ability to conform without even needing to really practice it. You are in the perfect situation to fully abuse the red pill and go to the great lengths described in order to achieve the maximum results in physical attractiveness, income, friendships, and romantic partners. Being average will not suffice anymore.

If you are an autistic person you must commend yourself for even trying to apply the red pill. 85% of us wiht colllege educations are unemployed and that itself speaks to how disabled we are. I see many autistic people on red pill forums and it makes me kind of annoyed that there arent more neurotypicals there because they are the most likely to actually benefit from it.
