Would you say women don’t want a man that outshines them ?

The general thought is that most women want a man with high status and a provider. That’s all good and understandable. The problem is when they realize a man is outshining them in many aspects. She may find the fact that many women find him attractive or that he has options a turn on in the beginning but at some point that flips and turns into a competition. Women don’t like to be outshined by men, they like to compete with other women in that regard to feel wanted by men. They have a constant need to feel wanted by a man and feel like they are the catch over other women. It’s just in a woman’s nature. In some ways a woman sees a man who’s doing better than her as a competitor and begins to look at him in the same way she sees a woman she’s competing with
