Yo dude I get this alot still and I'm 30. I can't grow a proper beard looks too shabby. The good thing is alot of women dig the young dashing charm. It only get better as you grow older. Younger girls like it because you're more mature yet you look young. Older women feel like they're dating a younger stud.

My friend who quite literally looks like he's 12 and has a baby face pulls the most girls I've ever seen. I've also been told I look very young and its never affected me. In fact someone asked me if I took my SATs recently... i'm 24. Take it as a compliment when everyones old and withered you'll look young asf. You're probably not getting rejected because you look like a kid but because of confidence and you sound like a victim, they can probably tell you're insecure about it, you should just laugh and tease her about it. No no, it isn't that you have to do to things to attract women, it's that doing things has the side effect of attracting women.

The question is "how should I be better?"

Since you've opened with appearance let's start from there: how can you look better as a man? start with a beard, well taken care of, workout, dress a bit more formal (eg. Jeans with a shirt), etc... All such things make you look better as a man. That then makes others perceive you as such, including women. This is the trap: you're skipping several levels if you jump straight from doing something to attracting women, and it'll bite you every time you're in a tough situation, and I use "tough" here liberally. Just go be a better man.
