Based on my personal experience (because a few of what started out as probably just being one-night stands ended up becoming long term dates and/or relationships), chances are she probably said that to "save face." Society sometimes demonizes women who have sex on a first date as "sluts."

That being said, though, I'd go with what redpua said. DON'T try to talk about if she's just saying that.

If the former, totally agree: "Yeah that was amazing, I just couldn't control myself!"

If the latter, don't accept her frame as a reasonable point of view.
