You've internalized shame about your desire. You need to overcome this to feel comfortable looking at someone like you want them.

Edit: This is done through time and effort, like everything else. A lot of it is tied to self worth. Why should anyone want to sleep with you? You're just another guy. Men are disposable - society tells us so. Biology does to - sperm is cheap; eggs are valuable.

Spend time making yourself into the person you want to be. Figure out how to do what you want (other than women). Focus on your physical, mental, social, and financial well being.

Feel good about your body (even if you're not fit). You accomplish this by working on it, by understand what being healthy is. Get enough sleep, exercise, eat well.

Feel good about your thoughts. Meditation and philosophy help here. Of course you're attracted to her; you're a male animal and she's displaying fertility. She wants to be approached by high value males. You know you're high value when you work to earn your high value.

Feel good about your finances. You don't need to be rich. You don't need to make a lot of money. You do need to understand your financial situation and always be working to improve it. At least, if you're in a capitalistic society. I have no idea about other parts of the world.

Feel good about yourself. Part of this is getting the social interaction you need. As advanced monkeys, we are group animals. Have friends you spend time with, and make them friends who contribute to your life. Drop the stoners who just play video games.

Finally - stop living in your head. You spend so damn much time worrying about how other people think of you or see you. You're writing a story for yourself and then acting it out.

I do it on accident sometimes and the effect it has on women is 100% noticeable. I've made women stutter and blush during presentations, things like that. They always come speak to me if I've eye fucked them.

Eye contact is good to have with everyone you talk to so when you have eye contact in your day to day conversations it becomes easy to keep eye contact with a girl. Emphasis on keeping eye contact as if you are not use to it, you naturally tend to look away.

It's definitely something you have to work at mentally. This is why the community came up with kino, because they think that you can physically show the girl that you want her instead of showing it through your eyes. However, kino is extremely awkward without showing your intent. That's what gives off the creepy vibe. It's the incongruency. BUT again, if you're just starting out. The "look" and intent may take a while to get. So start with kino, it's a lot more basic and concrete to understand.

When you are face to face. Look in her eyes, and focus on your own reflection within their eyes. This way you look more behind their eyes than at their eyes.

Meanwhile think about what you would do to that ass, let the smirk just come up. You'll look like you want her. She will notice you looking very deep into her eyes. Your little smirk will close it.

On your questions: I don't think girls will call this too forward. The girls who aren't into it might find you a bit of a creep, but fuck them. That's not your target audience. Appropriate anytime you look into a girls eyes.

How to do it, any movie scene as example?

I think of my stare as neutral or cold, with no smile. I've been told it is so strong and intimidating. I don't know if strong in a possitive/sexy way or negative way because they were girls felt strongly attracted towards me already, but haven't had feedback from girls I see for first time or haven't stablished attraction already.
