People often ask whether looks matter in impressing a girl. I want to tell you that it's not your face per se that matters but the image you create for yourself. Each person is unique in the type of image they create and the way they present themselves. If you want to impress you must stand out in some way. For example you could wear a suit to be classy or a cap to be cool. You might have tattoos or earrings to be hippy. Or a simple pant and shirt could do to be a simple guy. Find out what identity suits you best. My experience in clubs at least has been that a t-shirt and jeans and sneakers will not draw people towards you unless you have physique that stands out.

Once in a while it's ok to spend a little extra on a good haircut. If you wear glasses, buy a pair that suits you. My personal favourite is the semi-formal look of blazer and shirt with jeans and formal shoes. A sure-shot way to be a cut above the crowd is to go to the gym and build a good physique. So go ahead and define your look.
