They way I see our kids suffer throughout this entire ordeal has me scratching my head. I don't understand how you could want to bring kids into this mess. Granted I am doing the best I can in trying to show them nothing but love, support, discipline and direction but boy do I feel they've gotten the bad end of a stick. This is even with some weird narnia' idea of a soon to be "blended family". If I wanted to be a co-parent I would have never gotten married.

Why have them if you aren't committed to a family unit? Why destroy that to only remove the protection of said unit? Now they get the prize of being exposed to strange people, strange environments, strange men and this is suppose to be normal?

I love our kids more than I can write here but as a father boy do I feel duped. Having finally gotten everything wrapped up I find myself without a filter in dealing with her I.e. I am utterly disgusted by even her residual presence. I have never spoken ill of her around and/or to our kids but just the mere sight is repulsive as I can't but think of these kids and their new normal - all for new sex?

Good Lord, men don't know the power they wield sexually as all the marriages I've seen crumbled around me involve their partners destroying everything around them for the taste of new sex, some even risking their own lives. Jesus wept, mines was even willing to send me to prison for false child and domestic abuse just to get boned without me even being around my kids and I'm not even a "pushover" sort of guy. I honestly do believe that there are some decent women out there but I only wish I would have found her first.

I only wish men were more selective in who they ask to marry them. Too often we get duped from "good sex", baked goods, back rubs etc only to end up with someone that will not blink at sending you to prison to clear the runway for her next mate. If I could go back in time I would have broken the 100m mens world record getting away from her, heck I'd train for years if given the chance to do it.

Oddly enough we don't see realize just how bad we've been bamboozled until after the fact. I recall once I went to an event and a lady took me up a plate of food, I froze. She asked, what's wrong - I said I'm not used to this, I haven't had someone take me up or offer me a plate of food in almost two years....
