So much I could say in this one post.

Having just survived said ordeal. Was displaced from home and essentially barred (4 hours every Saturday) from having a relationship with my kids for two months before a trial (both her and her lawyer tried their best to strong arm me into agreeing on a civil restraint - I said no, I'll take my chances in front of a judge.

Judge in not so many words said that he doesn't find her story or accusations credible in the least and said the tro would be dropped.

Mentally I still haven't recovered and the relationship with my kids has gone to hel*. How does one cope with going from being a father one day to almost nothing the other.

Sorry if my post isn't coherent, it's wrapped up in a lot of pain and hurt. I'm still struggling even though her accusations have been disproven' and she was shown to be untruthful in front of a judge.

She filed another motion against me with more tomfoolery and accusations. So far I've been called:

A child abuser (claims she called cps - was news to me when she said it to a judge)

A physical abuser (claims in the tro I tried to push her down the stairs - never not once touched her)

A verbal abuser (never not once put her down or even cursed at her)

An emotional abuser

A financial abuser (she makes 148k per year, I make 80k and I've never not once asked for money, 90% of my paycheck went to taking care of my family).

A money launderer (not from the us and she's insisting in her latest motion that I'm sending money abroad).

I've had to live in my car for 2 months and still am. My kids did not deserve any of this.
