I don't even recommend neurotypicals to try picking up chicks at clubs, they are the type that will cause long term strife for short term pleasure.

If u really want to get girls from clubs, let silence be your friend and utilize a non verbal vibe. Guys that don't know how to talk get laid all the time, they are the ones that know when and how to shut the fuck up (in positive context)

I’m autistic and definitely weird. Women also seem to like me. I used to repel them with conversation, and over the years my social skills have gradually improved.

Don’t lead with your special interests. Lead by flirting/teasing and showing interest in them. It takes the pressure off you to perform.

Learn small talk. I know, I hate it too. So you have to learn what makes it fun. Flirting is small talk. You joke around about her, the club, whatever is around you. Keep it light. You can ask a deep/serious question but then follow it up with a joke or something to keep her laughing.

Attraction is all about building tension. Be comfortable building it, don’t get anxious and undermine yourself when it starts to build. It should feel a little edgy and uncomfortable - not in a creepy way 😂 Plenty of autistic guys have made seduction their special interest, you can too! Practice, study, and make mistakes and learn from them.

Being neurodivergent myself; I have long struggled with trying to fit in. It feels kinda like Lt. Cmdr. Data trying to be human. There’s a YouTube channel, Charisma On Command, that I have found to be a very useful font of knowledge. It’s focus is on general interpersonal skills, not romance, but it will go a long way to helping you achieve your goal. If you’re looking for something specifically in the romance department, check out YouTuber Sarah Dawn Moore. She’s very intelligent, well spoken, and her goal is to try to help men understand women better. She’s not your typical pick up artist/wing girl. She focuses more on psychology than on cheap tricks to land someone in your bed. Best of luck in your quest.

High functioning here. Quite proficient at night game but I avoid it for a slew of reasons I'll explain below. 1.Clubs are very easy to get overstimulated in. Depending on the atmosphere, you have loud music everywhere but a smoke deck, and the bass causes constant physical stimulation. This can lead to burnout much faster than most environments. 2.Hyperfocus hits quickly at clubs. I know why I'm there, I assume most women are there for similar reasons. Unless there is a specific DJ or performance there, I'm trying to find an easy lay. This sets a dynamic tone structured around acquiring sex as quickly as possible, especially when you take overstimulation and burnout into account. For this reason, I'm in and out. One hour max. 3.Clubs are terrible places to use words. This is both an advantage and disadvantage. As someone who likes to talk, a club is the last place to go, and usually reserved for my first night on vacation. Unless I'm doing a camp, I avoid the club. Now the advantage is that I also know how to use non-verbals and kino exceptional well. This said, I have had MANY a successful sets that almost always lead to F-closes, and here's how I do it. To preface this, I don't drink. Have been sober for almost 18 months in February. Some of this success has come from social proof as I know lots of DJs or have been dragged out to the club by groups of women, so I'm only including situations in which I go alone and know nobody in these venues. First thing is to focus on the dance floor. Don't gawk at the women, don't sit at the bar and people watch, and don't be on your phone save for checking the time (I actually just set a time for 45 minutes to avoid pulling out my phone at all). It helps if you choose a club that plays a mix of music you enjoy anyway. As soon as you get there, go to the restroom. On your way, greet a few people as of you know them anyway, like a friend you haven't seen in a while. This helps you kill the anxiety and set yourself up to be social. Start the timer right before you walk out of the restroom. If you have any small vials of cologne, put it on now, not before you walk into the club. Also bring some breath strips and do the same thing so your breath is fresh. Go straight from there to the dance floor. Find your open space and start dancing. Nothing to crazy, just feel the music and move naturally. Focus on your own space; don't look around to see what anyone else is doing. Now pay attention to the space around you. Women who are into you will gravitate. When they fall into your peripheral vision, notice them. Don't stare, don't waver; simply acknowledge their presence and continue. Count down from 10 in your head. If they're still there, wave to get her attention and simply put out your hand. If she takes it, you're in. Don't go straight to grinding. Do whatever form of swing dancing works for the setting. Dance for a couple songs and then draw her in. Press your body against her and ramp up physical contact. Move your hands lower down her body without actually touching any delicate areas yet. After one or two songs, push her away a bit and simply size her up; admire her up and down and then give a koi, devious smile. Bring her back in close enough to whisper in her ear and say "I kind of like you". If she laughs, go straight to trying to get her out of the club. Literally motion towards the door. If she doesn't take, drop her hand, frown with disappointment, and move close enough to whisper again. Say "you're the only one I want. If I can't have you I have no reason to stay". If she takes, try to pull her towards the exit. Worry about logistics after you get her outside. If she doesn't, do as you said she leave. Don't ask for contact information, didn't stick around. The premise is that although you're there for something, your time is to valuable to stick around until last call hoping to pull a straggler just to get your rocks off. If the first one doesn't hook when you put your hand out, stick around until the timer runs out and leave immediately after. Up to you if you want to club hop at that point, but I advise against it unless you're in vacation as they're significantly close to each other. Be done by 12:30 though, so get to the first club no later than 10:15. Hope this helps. I've had a plethora of success this way, especially being neuro divergent myself.

Edit: With what you've said in your post, you're much better of with day game. I recommend museums, cafes, or events tailored to your interest. Look up wellness events on Eventbrite and go to those.

I’ve been coaching for over fifteen years, guys in the spectrum tend to struggle quite a bit more for obvious reasons, but it’s not always the case - ASD presents in so many different ways of course.

But what really can help a lot is to EMBRACE your awkward side - this may be hard to get through in text - but many asd clients of mine try to hide who they are, they focus so hard on acting neurotypical because they perhaps were teased as kids or admonished by parents or siblings etc.

Instead, become that quirky guy who is a little off the shelf but owns it and has fun with it, develop your sense of humour around who you are not who others tried to make you.

The ASD guys who do this have the best results in my experience.

I wouldn't to be honest with you. You'll misread social ques and also, it's a club. You wouldn't be able to talk to them with the loud music. Imo, just go do hobbies you like and meet chicks through meetups and evenfs.

well learn some new shit that is interesting to women, read books on this stuff, the old gurus figure it out, learn psychic shit, palm reading, cold reading, that is crack to chicks, learn how to tell stories, learn some humor, learn some jokes, you are a medical student, how are are you stuck in there lol???, go to the books when in doubt,.

My I advice take a shot or two. Dance for a minute and then when you lock eyes with someone keep them there. She’ll look away and if she looks back nicely (not in a creeped out way because boy have I made that mistake) start walking towards her or do the finger call if you feeling extra confident and just dance until she starts talking to you.

Have you tried day game? Some autists can be brilliant at approaching as they don’t feel the anxiety that NT’s do.

Day game is a skill you can learn, and if you’re a good listener with no approach anxiety you’re already 50% of the way there.

I don't have any personal experience doing this. I once read a reddit comment from a man who claimed to be autistic. He said that he got sex using the teachings of Ross Jeffries and Mystery. He also made the comment that he would be a 40 year old virgin if he had not discovered the pick up artist community. I personally am skeptical that pick up artist tactics would work for autistic men, but some people report that it worked.

Basically, you've got to feel entitled to them.

That is what I have read on this very subreddit.

If there is a girl, reach out and grab her with both hands.

Just make sure they are not with any other guys first, otherwise, if you are young, you could get hit, or if you are old and ugly like me, you could get reported to security who will then call police to the venue.
