Continued exposure. The more pretty girls you talk to, the less nervous you'll get over time. You'll realize that they're just regular people, they just happen to be beautiful. And that's just by nature/the genetics, it's not like they worked at it.

Some of the most beautiful women I've met are also some of the most boring people I've talked to. They've gotten by on their looks that they didn't have to develop a personality/be interesting.

The way you combat this you have to elminate the fear that their looks imposes on you.

Go on youtube and watch walk through of night life on tbe streets, can be any city, Newcastle, Liverpool, London, New York etc. I dont kmow where you are from.

You will see plenty of women in their club outfits, what you do is that you look at those ones, even pause the videos if you have to and you stare at their faces, in their eyes and tell yourself repedteadly.

"She is only a woman" "This woman holds no fear over me".

Then you play the video and do it afain for the next set of girls you see.

Its a meditation affirmation trick, when you tell your heart something over anf over, you start to believe it.

Also when you go to clubs and bars you want to apply this as you walk past just try to hold your gaze for a about 2 seconds (of course you dont do it for too long as it will come across creepy) and tell youreself that same message. You can get away with it at clubs and bars because girls get checked out all the time. Also it gives you chamce to get any eye comtact going (which is almost never 😂)

Also keep speaking to those really attractive girls. It is not bad that you are getting nervous talking to them. Release yourself from the outcome. Take pleasure in the fact you have still gone over there and talked (alot of guys wouldnt). There is another girl around the corner you can speak to, abudance mindset.

Eventually you will speak to that attractive girl who will be interested, you will hit it off and all this will no longer matter.

Live by the philosophy that the prettier they are, the more likely their self esteem is down the toilet. Sometimes you get lucky but most times its a facade.
