I see good looking women all the time, however I never approach. Is it approach anxiety? Yes. Am I insecure and lack confidence? Yes.

I'd owe it to the fact I am not incredibly ugly but im not very good looking. Im fat right now but im 6'1. If I cut down that would definitely help boost my confidence. However I have always had confidence issues regardless, even when fat and skinny.

Idk theres certain times where I haven't struggled to talk to girls, and theres times where I have for no obvious reason. There is no girl I've met since uni where I've managed to become friends with her or talk to her much. I don't even bother approaching good looking women especially cause the way I see myself right now I am very ugly, and haven't fixed my own life.

Do I have to fix my own life and get jacked and lean before I start approaching women? Or is it better to work on both? I always hear confidence comes from within. This is definitely a mindset problem, but still I feel like I have to learn the theory of game first.

I as per every typical dude who struggles, don't know where to meet girls, how to talk, or what to say. Obviously that has to do with the anxiety but also I guess I have no experience (only 1 gf, no clue how I bagged)

I just want to talk to women as friends and maybe have casual sex with some. Tips?
