It doesn't really matter. You approach her because you want to approach her and won't apologize for approaching. You don't approach because you suspect she wants you to. In other words, you don't need to read her mind to do what you want.

You approach her to invite her to get to know each other and her job is to either accept you or reject you your invitation. It's not her job to tell you whether you should even invite her in the first place. Her obly job is to accept or reject your invitation, hence you approach her to invite her even if she is not giving you any sign at all.

That's what a real man does, that's what being authentic is, that's what being honest with what your heart wants is, because you are simply following your heart when you approach who you want.

So it's not about looking for signals, it's about having balls to approach her without signals simply because you want to follow your heart.

People look each other in the eye literally, literally all the time. People could be looking at you for no reason, or a billion reasons other than they find you sexually attractive. Stop trying to divine meaning from normal, common occurrence.

When she looks and smiles at you BEFORE you approach, those are not considered IoI’s. Indicator of Interests was a term invented so guys are able to observe it while doing the approach, not before.

So if you wanna be able to tell the difference, then approach her and see whether she gives you IoI’s or just tries to be nice/polite.

You don't. If this is at a bar or club, you go up and assume she's interested and say with a flirty-innocent smile "Hey. Were you just glancing over at me just now?"

Even if she did like you, she's likely still gonna say "Oh, no I was just looking around." or "Sorry I meant to look over there."

So then you just respond with "Oh...well I was about to say you looked pretty cute as well so I thought I'd come over and say hi. 😂"

Most likely she's just gonna laugh to prevent awkwardness and just say thanks.

Then you just continue the convo.

Point is, you don't know if she is or not until you open her. Assume she's into you or would be into you and then open and find out from the vibe or if she tells you.
