So this is marriage #2 and now divorce #2. This one came out of left field for me, I mean far, far, far left field.

Context: Halloween was my favorite event, the parties, the costumes, the over all theme of scares. We use to run a semi-pro haunt and had been doing so for 9 years. This year was great, no fighting, hardly any stress, volunteers all lined up. The day of relaxation, took a nice nap, low stress. Then the evening rolled around and things took a dive

Food for volunteers didn't show up, actors delayed by hours, kids getting restless. When we did open around 6, things just got worse. Kids destorying props, hitting, shitting (yeah you read that right), and overall just little a-holes. Finally I lost my cool, told the wife time to shut down after 1.5 hrs of the madness. She said no, I said yes and she took me aside, exploded at me and then collected herself and continued with the haunt.

Fast forward I hardly slept that night, and the next morning, no love yous, no kisses, just venom. That evening told me to sleep in the other room. By week's end told me to be out by Sunday.

In 3 days packed up my stuff, had literally no where to go and now staying with my 80 yr old mother until I can find a place

This one is amicable, no kids.Last divorce was and is nasty (3 kids). So #2 says she still loves me but the romance is gone. Says she loves but hates my mood swings (mostly bipolar and depression). Says she still loves me but she lost herself b/c of me and can't be with me.

So at 48, living with my mom, I am so angry, depressed, but at the same time ok. We had a great 15 yrs and lots of adventures. Just not sure how to move on. Like her I lost myself in our marriage and really trying to figure out where to go next.

Conclusion: I have nothing holding me to any place (currently residing in AZ), make great money, some debt (bought a new truck and making payments), and have been in the IT world working remotely for 25 yrs.

So where would you go and why? I’ve traveled all over the US, UK, and most of North America. I don't think I want a forever home, as I need wifi to keep working, but open to traveling some more, getting laid (nearly 2 yrs since that, and AMP happy ending don't cut it), and really want to find myself.
