In another sub, I said, "I don't care about who women prefer to date." One man said to me, "You should care so that you can match their preferences." I don't think this is the right thing to do. It is like having an external locus of control. I cannot conform to every woman's preferences. That will never happen.

I don't believe attractiveness is objective. I think people choose partners based on how subjectively attractive they find them.

I think our sense of self develops at a young age. It remains like that throughout life. For example, my identity remains the same even if someone says bad things about me.

If some men are rejected, they might create a negative self-image in their mind.
