Misogynists hate women because they're women. You hate horrible people because they are acting horribly towards you. The fact that a number of them are women is coincidental. Women don't get excused from horrible behaviour because of their gender.

Honestly it is very easy to fall to that hole with the constant feminist posts I see on Instagram. Posts about aborting male babies, killing all men, expressing happiness about men’s suicide and loneliness rates, making fun of men being discriminated against, the bear stuff etc. that gets hundreds of thousands of likes, honestly shit is depressing how a lot of women are hateful, bigoted and vile individuals.

What helps me is two things: closing Instagram when I catch myself starting to blame all women for the actions of feminists and reminding myself that good women exist. I have infinite respect for my mother and she is the greatest woman I know so just thinking about her is enough to make me realize its not all women, just the ones who are feminist cultists.

I also find that browsing MRA and MGTOW spaces really help as it helps me realize I am not alone and there are many men like me, along with having good male friends you can de stress with.

I'm so sorry you went through that. I think what you're feeling is righteous anger, and that's not wrong. We should all be angry about injustice, but perhaps you could focus that anger into helping the MRA movement, instead of into hating women. More women are joining the MRA movement every day. It will take time, but things can get better.

I mostly have neutral interactions with regular (non-feminist) women, and some have been open to hearing how feminism is just another form of chauvinism, whereas feminist men piss me off just as much as feminist women.

Understand things can help remove feelings.

Try to find truth in things, if you do, you don't have to worry about feeling strongly for or against something that rarely or never changes.

Being a misogynist won't change anything. Hating women will only make them feel even more justified in hating you and other men. Maybe you'll feel better, but there's a possibility you'll scare good people away for being evil to the bad. So you'll push the same elusive people away for the sake of hurting people who should be ignored.

Another thing is that, showing your vulnerabilities to people who want to hurt you is only going to help them hurt you. I know that showing people who you truly are gives more people the opportunity to come forward and connect with the things that sculpt you, but it'll also attract everyone who want to hurt you and they'll trip you while you're leaning in for acceptance. You have to accept yourself to a point where nobody needs to know who you are to make you feel whole.

It sucks. The best way to be yourself is to just be it and not say it. Almost no one will care about who you are or what you went through, but that has to be enough for you because you essentially have to wager who you currently are to get more from others, almost always you'll have more to lose than you have to gain.

For example, hating women. You'll gain the satisfaction of treating terrible women how they deserve to be treated, but now normal women will be afraid of you. It's a net negative.

Don't make a scapegoat out of an entire demographic that is based on its innate characteristics when it is an ideology that you are protesting. Do not be a bigot.

If you allow yourself to be a bigot, just as the women are who halfheartedly mask their own bigotry against men behind the legitimate virtues of egalitarian feminism, then you are just in a race to the bottom with them, and offer nothing of positive substance to you or your loved ones or the world at large.

Feminism. Not women.

I'm a long time MRA. When I say the Men's Rights Movement is a liberal one, I don't mean as in American Politics, but in the sense that it comes from a place trying to protect individual rights. Some times those rights are protected differently, but must be equal. Reproductive rights are a good example.

Feminism is built on tribal rights, and tribal justice: a man did this, thus all men must attone. So, what helps keep my head straight, is when I notice saying or thinking something tribalistic, I remind myself I'm thinking like a feminist, chuckle at the irony, and reframe the issue as an egalitarian.

Hating anyone is not really a good idea, but if you’re going to do it hate what people do not who they are. Terrorists are bad, a lot of terrorists are Muslims, but I’m not going to hate Muslims because I have friends and neighbors that are very nice people and are also Muslim.

What helps me is the fact that I know ample women in my life which are not like this and have disapproved of misandrist things being said/done to me. I have to admit, seeing misandry being blatantly endorsed nearly everday, does make me question women's true morals and I do sometimes feel like women rub me the wrong way, however, I tell myself that just because these women are being nasty, does not give me the right to hate women like these fuckass feminists do to us, and then I remind myself how I'm a much better person as I would never stoop to their level. Women and men aren't enemies.

Ok. Here goes. There is no reason for someone who cares about Men or advocates for men's rights to become a misogynist. None. Zilch.

I myself care about men & men's rights. I notice the double standards in society. But the gender to which you are born into is not something under your control. You could've easily been born as a women.

This is the same mistake that some misandrists make. They look at few men committing crimes against women & then assign that generalization to the whole gender.

Now, here is the thing that is a little bit complicated, I will explain you. You can make a little bit of generalization regarding the behaviors of both genders & also the double standards in society. You'll realise that both men & women are to be blamed for the misandry.

But for the sake of your own mental health, your life, your actions(or inactions) shouldn't be based on ego, hurt, jealousy or anger. Your actions should be based on rationality for what's best for you. I've not been a misogynist but at times in my life I've taken decisions based on ego & anger and trust me it only backfires on you.

Put more focus on the ideology they've been captured by that directs their world view... RATHER THAN the women (and/or male feminists) themselves. It's not necessarily a flesh & blood fight... but a battle of ideas.

Learn the truth of feminist history. Learn to (or become better at) logically defeating feminist and Marxist talking points (because they're 100% interrelated) and, meantime, try maintain peace within yourself.

Until a woman (or anyone) starts becoming violent with you putting their hands on you or using objects, weapons, etc... let it stay a mere battle of words. Most will probably hate you more for it and perceive you as arrogant, etc., merely for more confidently defending yourself, but opinions matter far less than objective truth.

If a person with a feminist mindset is actually teachable, and ideas are communicated clearly and as respectfully as possible (even in the most difficult moments), there's a good chance they may reflect and come around at least a little bit; probably not immediately, but eventually. Those who are blindly stuck in their thinking still have a long ways to go, if at all, before they'll become teachable.

Same here, I see so many videos, posts, comments with thousands of likes from women vehemently and constantly hating, disparaging, insulting, mocking, criticising and belittling men non stop than vice versa, calling all men trash, garbage, unlikeable etc and when women hate men and generalise all of them it's always justified and everyone just agrees. Even irl women are always in groups and are always belittling some dude and just come across as very mean and judgemental. It's like it's the norm to shit on boys/men non stop and act like every male is an inherent evil, horrible, nasty, vile disgusting woman hating monster, yet if a man criticises or even says anything negative about women he is instantly ruthlessly attacked by everyone, bombarded with endless insults and called an misogynist, incel, loser or phrases like he never touched a woman, never felt pussy etc and is seen as the worst thing ever. Also anything a man says, does or behaves is always criticised non stop by woman and is made to feel even worse about himself. Anytime when a man and a woman are against each other people always side with the woman to and will always find a way to blame the guy or make him the bad one. Any time a woman vents or complains about her problems people always shower her with endless support love, care yet when a man does the same here and vents about his constant struggles and feelings women or people just endlessly mock, dismiss, insult, criticise and invalidate his feelings and rarely show any empathy, love, kindness, care, compassion and understanding and just continue to put them down instead of uplifting them. The constant hate and anger woman have towards men as if they are all bad people and saying they want nothing to do with them at all has made me feel so depressed and very anxious and terrified of even talking to girls.

There are some female MRA out there. Like Emily King and dadvocate. Seeing their content keeps me seeing that rational women still exist. I also recommend you look into the history of women you respect.
I really liked to search for info about Marie Curie, who was an incredible woman and a good person.
This is advice about online content... But what REALLY keeps me away from becoming a misogynist is the women I meet in real life. I've met some wonderful, smart and nice women... A lot of awful ones too - those, I let them enjoy their own company. They are always self-destroying - drowning in their own poison and bitterness.

There are plenty of women here—most of us just don’t feel comfortable participating in the majority of posts because “mensrights” is so often equated to “womenswrongs”, and we want to support men, not jump into the fires of misogyny.

You should be very, very careful about how much you trust what you see on social media. The most extreme voices are highlighted because reason rarely gets clicks. People will say and do stuff they don’t even mean just because it’s insane enough to get a bit of attention. Then people share the content that represents what they want you to see in the world. Your screen doesn’t reflect the women around you.

Hate isn't evil on its own. Like a lot of things, it's evil when unjustified. I hate when it's deserved and most people just suck. Delusion isn't the answer to that (i.e. pretending that people don't suck). Getting more mature and stronger and smarter is. Stop relying on people for things like validation. Don't let how you feel inside be influenced by how scum act in the material world. Good people are rare, but appreciate them when you find them. But more importantly, seek truth and stand by it. Hope is the first step in the road to disappointment. Don't hope for some outside force to save. Make internal self-improvements. Move away from what hurts you and towards what values you so that your contributions are not in vain.

It's not easy but if I said that it was then I'd be lying.
