It could be only my experience and my social circle or even country but a worrying amount of men have no idea about women's lives. When you tell them that you're being harassed on a daily basis, they think that you're exaggerating or you think highly of yourself while it's the true reality of every woman on this planet. Now the real question is that this phenomenon is beyond fucked up (which it is) and they just can't comprehend it as being the reality of someone or they truly believe that we are either lying or teel entitled enough to expect men to catcall us. Both of these are equally bad.
