So I first heard about the red pill through Stefan Molyneux. I've always been someone who did his own thing and focussed on my career and personal projects, but I've also always felt the need the get a relationship to convince others I was normal, since éveryone always seems to be in a relationship. It's not so much the relationship that appeals to me, since that's expensive and time consuming, although I have had one very rewarding relationship at one point in my life. She was great. But every girl I've met since then just felt like a waste of time. Anyway I'm still going out with girls a bit although I do notice just reading about this stuff has made me care less about what girls think, and I really don't hold ánything back anymore. Oddly enough, I'm having more success with girls than ever before, by just being myself, and also a bit of a dick ;-)

But I've started noticing something else, and I'm a bit worried I might be too deep into this. And I am somewhat afraid of becoming some womanhating nutjob without realizing it...

So yesterday I was on a date with this girl who turned out to be a very active feminist. But okay, that didnt sound so bad. Untill she started talking about being oppressed and how biologically there are no mental differences between men and women and gender is a social construct and all that stuff... So I felt annoyed and did voice some arguments, but since I still wanted to get laid, I held back. The thing is though, I've never had such a conversation with a date before, so now I'm thinking perhaps I'm the one who without knowing it sounded sexist?

And today, I noticed a couple if things that bothered me more than they should. In the past, I wouldn't even have given them a second thought.

So I was walking down the supermarket isle and there were two women talking. One of them had a newborn boy. And they were joking about how they hoped she didn't become like his little sister, and then the other woman joked "oh I doubt it... boys are lazy". Just casually. It annoyed me.

Then a couple of isles further a mother and her stroller passed a guy who stepped out of the way to let her through, and he said "women and children first hehehe", and she agreed and laughed.

Now this seems like a very odd coincidence, since I've never noticed that sort of stuff before. But all three of those "incidences" in the same week? Am I reading too much into it? Or is this a common red pill thing, and will it wear off?

I feel a bit weird about it, to be honest. I'd love to hear your opinions.
