Women today are arguably in a better condition than they ever were before than in the last hundreds or thousands of years (except some Marxists would probably claim women were better off under matriarchies or in hunter-gatherer societies). But compared to the last hundreds of years, women were never more privileged than today. Never before did they have the same amount of material wealth, legal protection, equal rights to men, long lifespan, job opportunities, educational opportunities, and never before have they been less reduced to their ability to breed babies, re: contraception pill, paid maternity leave, kindergarden to take care of children instead of them having to do it themselves.

If we just look at the 70s-90s, it was illegal for women in many countries to vote. In some countries, martial rape wasn't illegal until the late 90s,in Switzerland, until recently women weren't allowed to choose their job, it was the husbands decision if their spouse is allowed to have a job or not. If we look back at ancient Rome, women were the property of their father and then, at marriage became the property of their husbands. A few centuries ago, it was legally allowed for the patriarch to kill his daughter, and it was common practice to throw women into rivers to drown if they commited adultery. And in medieval times, women were accused of being witches and were persecuted and burned.

Today the amount of women in the western world who got raped or who experience wife beating is certainly lower per capita than it was in the year 2000, and in the year 2000 those things occurred less often than in the 90s, and it was more common in the the 80s than in the 90s, and so on. It is objectively true, that women experience less violence, less rape, less legal discrimination, have more job opportunities, more wealth, their income is closer to that of men than ever before and they have more privileges than any woman before in human history, and yet women hate men more than they did when men oppressed them much more. That's counterintuitive, isn't it?

We're supposed to think that the better men treat women, the more greatful women are towards men. But the opposite is the case. The more rights and privileges men have given to women, the more resentful women have become towards men, the more resentful they have become and the more they blame men for all their shortcomings.

In my home country more women than men graduate from high schools and and university than men, but we still constantly hear about how women are systematically discriminated against, and that it's due to sexism that they are underrepresented in STEM. While women received more and more privileges every decade, as men treated women with more respect and dignity each decade, the rate of divorces simultaneously increased.

This phenomenon makes sense if you think of women as some poor victim who for the longest part in history had no agency, and is only now becoming aware how much men actually exploited them. Modern day feminists today are a lot more radical and complain a lot more about men than the feminists of the 1970s, tough the plight of women in the 70s was objectively worse than it is in 2019.

The other way this strange phenomenon can be explained is by making the point that women have been economically and socially dependent on men, but now that they are not dependent on men anymore, they can afford themselves to criticize men without losing their social status or losing their income.

Apart from all these statistics that prove me right, there is a better metric to determine how the worth of women has increased while the worth of men simultaneously decreased. If you're a man, go outside and take a walk, and take notice how women behave when they walk in the opposite direction of you. I am certain that in the 1970s women would try their best to step aside when a man walks their way, to make place for them, and were they to bump into a random man, they'd be scared and shy and would quickly apologize and be subsequently ashamed of their rude and unwomanly behavior. Today, many women would not step aside, they would look at men in a arrogant fashion, and see them as equal, or worse, as part of this evil oppressor group that is responsible for why they have problems in their lives, and they would not go out of their way to let the men walk, they would challenge his authority.

I know this may seem like a ridiculous example, but it isn't. It's a hypothetical convergence of a man and a woman who don't know each other, looked at different times in history, and it clearly shows that women have been upvalued and men downvalued. Women used to be shy and forthcoming, now they're furious and demanding, because we men made them think we are weak, that's why they think they can get away with this arrogant behavior.

The same case can also be made with other groups. Imagine a random German and a random jew cross each other in the street in 1934's Germany, obviously the jew would make way and try his best not to offend the German and the German would feel more entilited and superior to the Jew. Today, thankfully if the same scenario happened the jew would be seen as an equal, if not a person that is exceptionally intelligent and harmless and deserves pity because of the holocaust, and the average German would certainly not look down on a random jew that crossed his way.

The more rights men give women, they more nagging and complaining and disrespectful women are, and the more rights they demand, and the more men oppress women the more faithful and kind and loyal and obedient women are. It's almost as if women agency and just go the way men carve out for them. As if it is a slave-master relationship.

Want women to respect you? Oppress and subjugate them.

Want women to not breed enough and hate your guts? Give them rights and emancipate them.

Aren't those interesting phenomena?
