Radical feminism does not value individual difference not unlike the insane ideology of traditionalism, where women are inferior and bound to the house. Extreme feminism as well as traditionalism cannot see a middle path, it perpetuates the silly dichotomy career vs. family. They both overlook that people cannot be ascribed to two rigid categories: people preferring to stay at home and career fanatics. Due to this mindset that affects workplace culture women end up giving up family life or giving up their job. The real sexism, restricting women opportunities, which emanates from traditionalism fuel radical feminists and provide them a reason to be. Feminists views are based on the same outdated worldview they share with traditionalists, only reversed. They see a failure a woman that has a family life, and they prefer rejection of it instead of striving to make possible to have both, through e.g. changing the workplace culture.
