No, I don’t think so. To be honest, I have had guys convince me before and I’ve never felt like I was taken advantage of. You make a conscious decision to have sex after being convinced. Sometimes I even say no to my boyfriend for fun, because it turns me on when he takes what he wants anyway.

If she makes it clear that she does not want to have sex with you, and you force her to, then that is rape.

Well it probably isn't rape except under specific very odd circumstances (there's a blizzard outside so she can't leave safely, and you've been doing this for 36 hours and she's at the point in sleep deprivation where it is legit torture?) but I sure don't want the guys who do it to get any chance to pass on their genes (I mean really is THAT what we want humans to be?) so I don't really give so much of a shit if they do end up going to prison. Also I think we should outright pay for an abortion (a deluxe abortion if such things exist... in a really nice hospital with lots of recovery time and great meals) for any woman who says "yeah he nagged and nagged and nagged" because better scrape that shit out so it doesn't grow up into a relentless nag of either gender.

I was reading a long tweet thread by this girl who was saying if a guy “coerces” a girl into sex by constantly asking her that it is rape.

If she didn't want to have sex in the beginning, I somehow don't think that would be very effective in making her want to do it.

So it probably would be rape if he went for it anyways after such badgering.
