That women aren't misadvising men on purpose to screen out the dweebs like TRP says they are. The whole "just be nice and considerate" cliche is legitimately what they're looking for. They're just looking for it in a man they're attracted to and the idea that you'll be that guy before you apply the advice is implied because they don't know how to teach that.

I have learned:

Drinking domestic beer means you a ho

That it is difficult for people to put their grievances aside even though there is no profit in feeding and watering them

That the obsession with discussing TRP concepts is pretty limited to n-count, single mothers, and Chad

That there are some very smart and funny people of all persuasions on PPD

That I guess I should really watch Star Wars and I may actually do it this weekend

But most importantly I have learned that it is possible to save close to $1k by deleting the Nordstroms, Amazon, and Pinterest apps from my phone and replacing them with the Reddit app. At this rate, there are only a few more months between my and a nice ten year old used car.

People are even better than I thought at writing fiction.

Communication/debate between people is borderline impossible when they don't know the key definitions/ideas behind what are discussing (e.g. not everyone here has read actual TRP "theory".)

Even worse, TRP "theory" is written by a handful of pessimistic Internet bozos, so figuring out what's official TRP "theory" is impossible, strongly reducing its validity as a system to advise other men.

PPD attracts a really edgy crowd - lots far from normal/average opinions, latent head issues, etc.

TRP hypergamy is probably a little more real that I initially suspected, if you are a male in a lower socioeconomic class.

If someone is a loser, they MUST have done something to deserve it. If they're a winner, its because they are a great person. That's a pretty central theme here.

There is huge amounts of projection of motives from each gender onto the other based on incorrect assumptions of similar imperatives. IE men thinking women having unlimited sexual options would be valuable to them, women thinking their careers/status matter to men.

Women's turn offs are stronger than their turn ons.

Women are likely to loose interest in sex with their LTRs regardless of what he does.

Women are more attracted to slender, lean guys with some muscle than very muscular guys. Style and clothes matter a huge amount too.

Height plays a bigger role in sexual attractiveness. I'm glad I never realized this when I was sleeping around because it would have adversely affected my confidence.

Women can probably go without sex or relationships better than men overall.

Men tend to neglect their social circles and rely more and more on just their SO for intimacy and companionship as they age.

The individual is worth much more than the total of their Pill View. Some pretty interesting people come and go here (and some stay too of course) and the personalities here are far more interesting than pill representation. And interesting people are interesting to hear from - from both sides.
More varied viewpoints among RPers than I would have assumed beforehand. When I see red flair on this sub I notice it might mean almost anything - the words in the flair are more telling than the flair colour. When I first came here over three years ago as a new person to the pillosphere, I think I saw RP/TBP as a more solid divide.
People here who are blue or red tend to lean slightly more purple than those who normally stick to the respective subs. (Not all, but as a relative trend.)
Quite a few of the guys who write here (regardless of pill leaning) seem to show a higher-than-average proficiency for written communication. It would make sense since this is a debate sub and you're here to discuss your view and have it challenged. However even men who identify as being socially alienated/isolated, or even autistic, can possess very high written communication skills - some to the extent of being natural writers.

I've learned that attracting women is a mixture of RP and BP traits. Women get bombarded with attention and as such their difficulty is choosing a good partner. Men have to work for every hint of attraction or attention so they need to learn how to take care of themselves and be healthy. In a perfect world we would all be aware of each others obstacles but we live in an imperfect world where people take advantage of the way things go. I wish more RPers would focus their energy on finding a good woman to marry instead of just banging their way through girls. I think they'll find they aren't as satified as they'd hoped for, and with the effort they put into those petty N counts I think they won't admit either. You can lose your virginity whenever you so choose if your powerful, but you can never get it back once it is gone.

That humans are mostly mammals, our male and female nature controls and guides most people.

Female nature is unfortunately wretched. I do think the fact that women attempt suicide more than men loudly speaks to that, and the rise of feminism and women rejecting their female nature and role as being good speaks to that too.

Male nature is horrifying too, capable of great evil and great good, many men are constantly at war within themselves, the fact that men require significant suffering to become men, grow, actualize is wretched in itself.

Perhaps the most fucked up part of it all is that a world without suffering, a world with mostly happiness and comfort, would drive humanity to kill itself.
