Do you think it's true? I've seen people say that attractive people are seen as good and virtuous because they have charm that makes people forgive their flaws, but I've also seen a lot of demonization of attractive people in quotes such as this one

An alpha is a dark triad loser who ends up either in jail, or as an "artist" or on welfare or the death row, or as a bullshitting "people" person kept around at companies for his limited utility.

or

Then he'll take something on the side, and his wife won't leave him because she knows she can be easily replaced then. That's what I understand Chad as

I've honestly seen a lot of demonization of attractive people, especially male Chads, but sometimes Stacey is also seen as shallow or bitchy.

However I've also seen posts where attractive people are angelized. Such as the women are wonderful effect. I think this applies more to women who are "cute" rather than "hot". It seems like cute women are seen as really nice people, whereas hot women are seen as shallow or bitchy. Likewise but less often than with women, guys with more of a cute type of charm are seen as good people whereas guys who are more muscular and tough are seen as badboys. However it seems like for guys over 30 who look like they have the cute type of charm they become seen as too weasly, and seen as a coward instead. For men it seems that physically average men are seen as the good people most of the time. When watching TV most of the jerks tend to be really attractive whereas the less physically attractive guys tend to be played as the nice ones. For example compare Leonard in The Big Bang Theory to Kurt.

From my experience it seems that good looking + looks strong/capable/in control = seen as a bad person

Good looking + looks vulnerable = seen as a good person
