Commitment is a legal contractual agreement including financial arrangements, based on lies.

It's too vague too be a law, so it won't. Also calling it "assault" is wrong if you agree to the sex, regardless of if they lied about having a nice job. Also, what does that say about the woman, that sex is only conditional on a mans money and success? Isn't that what we call a gold digger? If this woman wasn't essentially a whore, she wouldn't have been taken advantage of. Lesson learned.

She is not a victim, she tried to use him and he ended up using her. Oh well.

This law also implies that women are fragile beings with no agency and need someone to hold their hand to reduce their risk that comes with equality and freedom, because they can't do it on their own.

The law is basically saying this:

2) Yes. This is honestly really personal for me.

I remember one time at my freshman year I was at a frat party with my sorority sisters, and there was this really cute guy. 6' 1", blond, pretty sexy beard, the whole package really. I was eyeing him as I was drinking, and he made eye contact with me. I thought he was going to approach me, so I pretended to look away and be busy. But after about ten minutes of talking with some random guy who was soooo boring, I began to grow annoyed because the first guy didn't approach me. I looked around and saw him sitting on a sofa with two other girls, one on each side under his arm. I was honestly kind of annoyed at this point, so I went about my business, and tried talking to some other people to enjoy the night.

Anyhow, later in the night I have the opportunity to talk to one of the girls that he was talking to earlier. We chat, and she says that she used to be his ex. I was shocked at this point, and ask her wtf she's doing talking to him. Turns out their split was amicable, and that they are friends now. I have a lot of respect for this girl because that's hard to do in my book, but that's a different story. Anyways, I find out from her that he's a junior doing pre-med who is currently helping a professor with research. I ask her about the relationship she had with him and why they broke up. She says that she was uncomfortable. I asked, "uncomfortable how? He seems like a great guy." She then told me that she was uncomfortable doing things sexually with him. I was curious, so I just leaned in and I was like "sister to sister, what exactly do you mean?," and she said that he wanted to have BDSM sex with her and she just wasn't into it.

At this point, I was super turned on. BDSM is a huge turn on for me, and if you're a woman who hasn't done it, you really should because it is very empowering. You have so much control over your sexuality with a trusting partner by giving up control of your body. Anyhow that's a story for another time. At this point I'm thinking "godamnit I need to meet this man." I finish talking with the girl, and just walk around some more, trying to get his attention. Finally, I walk right into him, so that he's forced to talk to me. He asks if I'm okay, and immediately starts flirting with me in the smoothest way possible. It was really hot. I'm super into him and he can see it, and he's into me as well. Later when no one notices, we head upstairs for sexy times.

A few days later, I run into a friend of mine, who is talking about this guy named Chad (no, not chad thundercock you delusional terpers), who apparently "did it again" this week at a frat house. I'm kind of off-put, because the guy I slept with told me his name was Chad. I talk to her, and she says that he managed to convince someone to sleep with him this week as well. At this point I'm growing worried, and I ask her "what do you mean by convince."

And then I felt shattered. Turns out Chad had ask Stacey (the girl who I talked to at the party) to tell me those lies. He wasn't doing pre-med. He didn't have a research position with one of the professors. He doesn't care about BDSM at all and used that because he knew who I was from others and knew I was into it. Stacey went along with it because--get this--they were sleeping together and Chad told her that if she didn't he would just move on. What a dick. Anyways this was a long time ago and Stacey found out that she was used and moved on as well, good for her.

I cannot describe how I felt after I learned this. I felt seduced, lied to, and used. I felt like what happened wasn't supposed to and that it his fault that I did what I did. I'm mad at myself for sleeping with him, but I really feel like he deserves some kind of punishment. I honestly hope guys like Chad get in some kind of legal hot water to learn their lesson.
