i'd think he's pretty gross, and probably try to move as far from him as i could if he were nearby, or just leave if it wasn't a big deal (depending on the setting/situation). i'd think i was glad i don't know him, and focus elsewhere. thankfully i'd either be with my boyfriend or quiet enough to go unnoticed (as i typically am) so there would be little risk of actually having to interact with someone like that.
