Married 30 years, Red Pilled 18 months. Wife had complete hysterectomy over 13 years ago (after 3 kids). Thereafter my beta self got infrequent sex (2-3x month), and her lack of hormones didn't help. Few years after she started HRT, including some testosterone: this helped the quality of sex (wetness) and a slight increase in desire. Fast forward to 2 years ago when I started dieting, lifting and found RP. Lost 40 pounds. Now I'm 12% BF and all my lifts are advanced or elite (102.9 symmetric strength score), I say no, smack her ass, tease her, STFU, etc. And the sex? For those whose wives suffer from atrophy, dryness, discomfort during sex and pills and creams aren’t working for them, I would recommend finding a doctor who has a vaginal rejuvenation device and performing a consult to see if there can be any improvement. There are obvious and well known changes to physiology. None of these change your strategy or tactics. The physiological changes actually have a chance to make sexual interactions easier for some betas.

For example, a woman who is afraid of pregnancy (doesn't want YOUR sperm) may no longer be as inhibited.

In other, more negative cases (lubrication, changes in energy levels, etc) are really things that basic leadership (exercise, diet, financial, spiritual, recreational, etc.) and game should address.

I never let myself go in many levels - except I did fall into the mental duress shit test trap. Once I got that under control, I made the comment that I don’t “fuck women with short hair”

Sticking to that premise, I initiated and fucked her 60 days later as her hair grew in. It’s to her shoulders now. She got on HRT, got her UTI’s under control and lost weight.

I'm about your age, married 31 years. Post menopausal wife. What I have found is that the better I get at adopting attractive red pill behavior, the better my wife behaves. I am getting the best sex ever. The lesson for you is that the menopause is irrelevant. Get your shit together and your wife will start acting better. You've got to set some expectations and set some boundaries as well.

It will likely improve her sex drive at the slight cost of increasing here likelyhood of breast cancer by nearly 300% over the next 10 years.
