Because men have to mansplain everything so your tiny female brain can understand (sarcasm). How would we understand anything without their help?

It’s a toss up between that and needing to outdo everything because they need to be the center of attention.

Or... stupid porn addicted brain comments like “need source... for science” or some other stupid sexual remark that somehow gets thousands of upvotes and dozens of awards.

Spending time on reddit - which I unfortunately did a lot in the past - always made me feel depressed and worthless. Since I have discovered FDS I am spending almost no time anymore on the rest of reddit. I still indulge my old guilty pleasures of ... and ... from time to time. But I only ever read the OP now, I cant bear to read the comments anymore. My mental health has definitely improved since I found FDS, just for this shift in reddit consumption alone!

What about the women who put down other women to defend men in some subs. They say women are too emotional, should be more understanding to men, or are at fault cause not all men are bad and just need our love.

That makes me cringe more than gaslighting males. Like those women should trade in their vaginas for a penis if they want to ride that hard for men.

New theory about porn addiction, social media addiction, use of devices & lack of in-person socialising. Lack of real-world consequences and people's facial expressions after they say something inappropriate or anti-social. It makes men lose any object permanency, empathy, theory of mind, collective consciousness etc. They start to think they're the only true person and that every comment they read on the little device in their hand is speaking directly to them.

Hence the defensive screeching and pricked egos and "not all men". They think every comment is directed straight to them, the only person on the planet. This mounting rage leads them to reply to every question (that you asked him, specifically) in a way that makes him feel good again. By smashing you. Trolling. They feel better after unleashing their anger and knocking down the person who 'caused it'. And they're not being smacked in the mouth for the dumb or cruel shit they say.

There's an awful lot of content here for men who aleeady hate women and really, really enjoy seeing women getting hurt, insulted, raped, ridiculed, and so on. And they bring that attitude to the rest of Reddit.

Reddit admins probably have thought of how Reddit influences society, that's the scary part.
