Clothing for an early twenties girl?

I am (F) and 21, I LOVE the work wear sections of stores! I dress mostly and wear classic styles like ankle length trousers, tailored blazers, court heels (loafers on days I want to wear flats) are you in the US or UK? if youre in the uk I know many stores!

I've found really cute clothes on ASOS and SHEIN. Even Amazon has pretty good options, though it's obviously hit or miss on there.

For in store shopping, I used to really like Charlotte Rousse, but I don't know how they are now, it's been years since I last shopped there. Typically, any "professional" section will have good modest options that are still modern and cute.

I’m 37 and this is a struggle. Madewell and J crew my go tos. You still have to sort through to get rid of the crop top and prairie gear at Madewell and also bypass the old lady stuff at J.Crew, but a lot of great stuff in the middle.

I think Old Navy has plenty of young (and appeals to older), modest, feminine styles for a huge size range (more sizes online). They have a lot of floral blouses and dresses, among other things. I haven't shopped with them for over a year because I realized I have plenty of clothes so I don't know if it's still the case, but for several years in a row they had the same style blouse but done in new fabrics each year. I always knew what size to buy because it was the same style and pretty much same fabric content every year.

YesStyle has plenty of modest clothes but they cash Asian sizes, which tends to fit people who are a size 6-8 or below

I'm an early 20s European woman who generally dresses very feminine and modest and my absolute favorite for everyday wear is Orsay (German with stores all over Europe). The style is very business-casual. When I want to splurge a bit, I'll go to S.Oliver (also German) because they have beautiful high quality dresses and suits.

I can also recommend french brands like Camaïeu (very interesting colors and patterns) and Promod (overall lots of pretty things)

Not sure if some of those stores exist where you live, but there are so many things that you can buy online or second hand these days (I also love buying second hand)

I see a lot of posts on here complaining how everything is cropped when it... really isn’t and you’re probably being too dramatic. I mainly shop from American Eagle, Old Navy, Express, and Target. AE for jeans, ON for activewear and dresses, Express for pants, Target for basic tops.

I buy all my summer dresses from Old Navy or Gap. Super flattering and feminine silhouettes. Order all of it online. Comfortable but also classy and cute in an effortless way. Modest patterns but still cute. They have short, mid length or long.

I don't live in Dubai but Namshi.com is a personal fave. Loads of stylish modest options. Pricing is very mid-range, but I'm not into fast fashion and don't change my wardrobe every season so it works for me.

#1 rule Focus on quality not quantity. Buy nice or buy it twice is what I say.

I prefer a preppy look - very classic, modest, but I feel like I can have fun with it. It never goes out of style! Look up Kelly Prepster on you tube - she is young and talks a lot about the preppy look.
