What's worse is one of her female victims got a $1M payout from the school.

Boys are the overwhelming majority abused at schools, yet few if any get payouts from the schools -- because they school says they aren't responsible for the teachers actions.

While this is sick, I love the post layout. There is a TL;DR right at the beginning.

Additionally, Texas have executed the developmentally disabled, while other states will still incarcerate. To get off free without trial: what in the fuck? No part of this makes sense. If she suffers from a mental ailment, she should at least be required to be in an insane asylum.
