I just got called out by an ex who falsely claims I sexually abused her. What should I do?

Save the screenshots, unedited, in case you need to go to the cops. Report her post to Facebook and say that you're being demonized for something you didn't do. Minimize the damage as fast as you can, because regardless, people will believe her. You could be a quadriplegic and people would still believe her if she said you raped her, that's just how it is.

If she continues it then the only thing I could suggest as I suspect others will is seriously look at getting a lawyer to make her stop. This kind of thing happens all too often, vengeful ex, crazy ex-wife and so on and so forth, it falls under libel and slander, because she's deliberately trying to smear your reputation and make you out to be some sort of abuser or criminal.

Despite what some gender feminists may claim, sexual assault is relatively rare. What is the probability that one person in their early 20's has already been sexually abused by four different people on numerous occasions?

Record all. Report all to facebook. Find a lawyer. Isn't it funny how a woman saying words can cost you thousands of dollars? She will try to contact you if she starts feeling or seeing blowback. Never, ever talk to her again. You need to block her, because even if you think you could get good evidence by letting her hang herself with more words, what will happen is you will try to work it out because you're not a sociopath rapist murderer but a human being. You will feel it unfair to harm her because 'shes just a girl', thats chauvinist 'beneficial sexism', and not equality at all. She's not just a girl. Shes a human being. Many are pieces of shit regardless of their genitalia. Treat her as you would treat a man doing this. Don't listen to the bullshit and don't respond, and give her what she deserves, legally speaking.

I would threaten and take her to court, small claims court and have the judgement up to the maxim in your state. Doing this is the only cheap way I know that you can have her cease these comments. If you win the Judge will order her to post a retraction and award you compensation

MY advice - which seems to be the consensus - is that you save the screenshot and get a lawyer involved. One of the big problems a lot of guys have in these circumstances is that the believe that to take action against a false allegation could have negative consequences. I personally don't accept that as not taking action is likely to have negative consequences.

In my experience, getting a lawyer to contact someone whom acting both illegally and maliciously towards you is a good way to get them to stop. If nothing else, such action will let the ex in question know you are serious and are not going to take her slandering lying down.

Do not delay, do not fuck around. You need to contain this and an immediate scary-as-fuck threat of legal smackdown is the best way to go about that. Yes, it'll cost you some money, and it'll be worth far more to pay than to not pay.

Your brother can report her post to fb and have it taken down. By naming you (or anyone) and singling you out she is going beyond the realm of venting her experiences. She is stating on a public forum that you were abusive and will likely be abusive again. Above all be civil/don't give her any ammunition. You might want to start with reporting the post and reaching out with a polite message to her asking her not to say such things about you. If she keeps at it then contact a lawyer about your case. Good luck with this, it sounds like a nightmare and the girl in question seems ill.

What is it your doing to attract 4 different men who have sexually abused you hundreds of times?

How could a 25 year old woman who had been sexually assaulted so severely in here life hundreds of times that she would be compelled to now publicly shame a man fearing he is about to sexually abuse another woman imminently, yet not consider this grave enough to report to the police.

If a woman is sexually assaulted by for men multiple time (even more times than she can remember) it clearly indicates she is a slut that can't say no. Create a new Facebook profile and contact everyone she knows and tell them she is lying.
